Characters

Touken Jyouzu
- The cooldown of Bloodletter Stab is increased to 2, up from 1.

Budou Ken
- Ultimate Budou reduces the cost of Ultimate Budou by 1 random energy the following turn.

Kemuri Saigai
- Rework:

Encroaching Doom
Saigai deals 20 ranged damage and grants 2 Gas Leak charges to one enemy. This skill stacks.
(This skill no longer reduces the cost of Ignition.)

Ignition
Saigai affects all enemies affected by Gas Leak with a Burning affliction bypassing invulnerability dealing 0 affliction damage each turn for 2 turns. Each Gas Leak charge on an enemy target increases damage dealt by this skill by 15 to that target. Removes all Gas Leak charges from the enemy targets.
(This skill no longer deals damage to team members, but the initial damage is reduced to 0 and the Gas Leak charges now add 15 damage.)

Aoiro Akira
- The cooldown of Passivism is reduced to 1, down from 2.

Kage Kurai
- Kurai’s health points are decreased to 100, down from 110.

Seishin Kame
- Kame’s health points are increased to 110, up from 100.

Seishin Tori
- Born of Fire is now tactic, changed from mental.
- Born of Fire is allowed during Great Spirit Suzaku.

Senboku Eien
- Minds Eye also affects teammates affected by Fog of Eternity.

Items

Warbanner of Defense
- Rework: When a team member performs a skill, melee and ranged damage dealt to that team member is limited to 45 for 1 turn.

Feather of the Firehawk
- Deals 20 affliction damage on one enemy affected by a burning affliction, bypassing invulnerability. The item has no energy cost and a cooldown of 1.

Usually when proposals are up, there is no chance of changing them. Either they get canceled or they get implanted. Oh well...

I like only Eien's and WoD's change.

Still think the damage of WoD is to high. And that the rework on FotF should been different, 20 aff damage for no cost is still sort of
OPlike.

And again, in my opinion, to boost Kame, the better thing would be to lower the cost of his skill, as suggested by someone on the other topic, or do a little damage with his first skill.

Tori and Saigai are more easy to use now, I guess, or at least they should be.

New warbanner of defense is so good ;).

Just don't know, what can I say...
Let's make a quick summary:
- Akira is even better (permanent stuns with Asami realised);
- Kurai has one turn less for his life;
- Kame is more annoying with his invulnerability;
- Tori is killed by Yume's Wakin' Dream;
- Eien I don't have so can't say anything;
- WoD is good to pretend from spiking (good pairing with caltrop);
- FotF won't be used so much (along with Fire Bomb).
That's what I wanted to say: maybe better balance comes, but some teams won't work now, some people might be dissapointed but remember: Third Region will come sometime!

I can already tell that everyone will be spamming Warbanner of Defense x_x Nice change though, but it will be so annoying.

Good job on the changes. I like them :)
