(...)I do like the current design too BUT with even just 1 cooldown less on her attack she becomes way too powerful and less cooldown on her defence wont be enough. Health increase + less cooldown on the defence would propably work, but it feels like admins are dead set on 70 hp.
That's what the points of the characters are. Lower HP'd characters are more risky to use but the rewards are better. Balance is mostly based around that.
