The Meta World button(the button above the "Start Private Chat"button), will let you see the amount of "Meta World activations"you have. Below the number, you have an option to go into the Meta World which will end your turn if you press Yes. It will consume one Meta World charge. You may only get a maximum of 5 charges and will not gain anymore if you have already reached the limit

As explained in my Eva-Beatrice character, You may cancel your opponent's Meta World the first turn you get, canceling will either stop the meta world completely or that if you opponent were to "Cancel your Cancel", the meta world will last one turn less.
Note: You may only cancel Twice. The button changes to "Cancel Meta World" if your opponent uses the Meta World. Canceling requires one charge,

Once your Meta World ends Via cancellation or it simply just ends. the Meta world button will be disabled for two turns. However since canceling your opponent is only available during meta world since the button will become the"Cancel Meta World" button, it will not be affected.

Each turn starting from the first turn, you will gain one "Meta World activation". Each time when it is your turn you will gain another "Meta World activation charge".
