So recently in league, a very new and very different character came out. He is an extremely unique character in LoL due to his passive. In addition to him being unique, he's really badass, so of course I will make an Arena-of-Legends version of him.
Let me know if he's balanced, OP, or UP. I hope you find his passive unique.
