So here's the deal: Should the police in any country be allowed to use the weapon? In case you don't know what it is: It's a weapon that uses electricity in order to make people change their mind in a very special way. I for one believe we definitely shouldn't allow anybody to use it, as it is something you do assume responsibility for.
It is indeed interesting how many, many people are still permitted to.
There's been some cases in which the police took away a few lives by means of it. Here is one: There was a demonstration somewhere near Michigan. The police used it and well, what did we get? One man died.
It is also pretty funny how they didn't listen out for what the protester said around 10-20 times. He said he would stop, "just drop that ****". You are highly likely to get somebody injured REALLY badly.
I have a friend (It's an adult though) who is a 45-year-old veteran.
So as you're finding out he's been retired for quite a while.
Anyway he used to be a police constable. So he has told me that in some countries, it is still permitted to use it in order to make many people change their ways. Well, I definitely would. So even though it's not being used many times these days, we really should get rid of it, as it's just useless. I mean, we don't want to risk people's lives, so no, a definite no to the idea of using it as a weapon.
Share your thoughts on it, please.

. Then again some people in this world do not stop when they should stop. Which brings me to this quote "with great power brings great responsibility"
