Disclaimer: Anyone caught cheating and/or gaining any sort of advantage throughout this exam process will have his/her application tossed out and will receive severe punishments, up to a permanent ban.

Some of you asked some questions or had some concerns so, here is me answering them:

Q: If you become part of the staff, do you have to leave your clan?
A: No. You will receive an account provided to you by the staff with the name of a character from War of Ninja which will serve as your moderator account.

Q: How many new people are you taking on? When can we expect a decision to have been reached?
A: How many? We won't disclose that. When? We won't disclose that either.

Q: If we choose you, can we not tell anybody it is you?
A: Whoever finds out who you are is not a big deal. We will not be announcing names of who is who.

Q: What are the criteria used to select the future moderator?
A: The criteria is whoever we feel will best fit the role that we are trying to fill. If we feel like you would be a good moderator or at least the best moderator out of who applied, you can expect to move onto the second phase.

Q: When will that decision be publicly disclosed?
A: Refer to answer #2.

Q: Is this decision a result of the "War of Ninja Survey", on which several people referred to the small amount of moderators in WoN?
A: This decision came as a result of us needing more manpower and getting things done in an orderly, yet efficient manner.

This is just a friendly reminder that there is a little over 36 hours until the closing of the recruitment for the moderator positions.
