This is my first attempt at making a region and actually posting it for feedback.


Katsu Region (The Split Region)
The Katsu region lies far to the south of Santi and consists of a small mountain range, grassy plains and a huge wooded area. Many of the Katsu clans had close relations with the Shoganate but have yet to learn its destruction. To make matters worse, a few months prior to the story a great earthquake struck the region and left every clan in desperate need of assistance that would never come. Because of this event, what could already be called strained relations with their fellow clans broke down and the four clans started to keep to themselves why they attempted to rebuild their village. Although they have already given up hope on the Shoganate sending help, the four villages still pray for someone to be sent.


Ranpu Village
The village of light which resides on the boundary of a grassy plain in the north-west. They worship the sun and feel that the light it gives off us a blessing, the source of their powers. They have been long-term allies of the Taimu clan and can be considered the most friendly village of the region. Due to their location, when the great earthquake hit, they were the least affected it by it.

Daimyo: Ranpu Kyoko

Background

When Kyoko was younger, she had a very weak body and often came close to death whenever she stepped outside. Despite being physically weak, Kyoko continued to train in the way of the sun. Due to her physical weakness, her mental abilities skyrocketed and soon enough she was creating new ways of using light skills. She is the daughter of the previous Daimyo that died during the great earthquake. She believes that the only reason she got to where she is now is because of the support of the entire village. Kyoko and her sister, Fay, are incredibly close as sisters to the point that each would do anything for the other. She was chosen as daimyo due to her ability to create new tactics in fighting and her incredible kindness. Due to her sheltered childhood, Kyoko is extremely shy but can overcome it if the village depends on it.

Appearance
She is 19 years old with pale skin due to her illness. She has straight white hair which goes with her white eyes. As is accustomed of the Ranpu village, she wears long white robe with golden embroidery and the symbol of the sun. Being the Daimyo, she wears a long white hat similar to a graduation hat. Even though she is the older sister, Kyoko is almost half Fay’s size and as such her clothes are a little big for her.


Skills
Shining Light (Mental, Aura)
Kyoko shines brightly with the power of light reducing melee and ranged damage dealt to her by 15 for 4 turns. While active, Final Light is altered.
Cooldown: 4 Cost: 1 Wisdom

Final Light (Melee Instant)
Kyoko deals 25 affliction damage to 1 enemy. While affected by Shining Light, this skill stuns.
Cooldown: 1 Cost: 1 Intelligence

Defending Light (Tactic, Instant)
Kyoko creates a shield of light that defends one ally from melee and ranged skills for 2 turns.
Cooldown: 3 Cost: 1 Intelligence, 1 Random

Light Shield (Tactic, Instant)
Kyoko is invulnerable for 1 turn.
Cooldown: 4 Cost: 1 Random


Ranpu Tenchi
HP: 100

Background

Tenchi’s parents died when he was 5 but was taken in by Kyoko and Fay’s parents. Because of this, he respects only Kyoko and Fay and follows their guidance when he is confused. Due to his parents being powerful fighters, people continuously expect him to be better than he is and pester him about having a lot more potential. Because of this, he doesn’t try as hard as he could and has a rebellious attitude to anyone other than Kyoko and Fay. The only time Tenchi puts his all into something is when either Kyoko or Fay are in danger.

Appearance
Aged 16, he is younger than both Kyoko and Fay. He wears the traditional white robes but instead with silver embroidery. His rebellious attitude has led to his robe becoming slightly torn and rough around the edges. He has short blond hair that’s spiked slightly to the left. Although he is the youngest, Tenchi is taller than Kyoko and looks older than he is. His eyes are a pure yellow but can only see out of his left.

Skills
Blinding Light (Tactic, Instant)
Tenchi affects 1 enemy with Blinding light for 5 turns. During this time, all melee and ranged damage is reduced by 5 and Light of Heaven and Earth is allowed.
Cooldown: 0 Cost: No Energy

Speed Strike (Melee, Instant)
Tenchi attacks at the speed of light dealing 20 melee damage to 1 enemy bypassing counters.
Cooldown: 0 Cost: 1 Agility

Light of Heaven and Earth (Ranged, Instant)
Tenchi exerts his full power to deal 25 ranged damage to all enemies affected by Blinding Light. Each Blinding Light increases this skill by 5 damage. The following turn, Tenchi is stunned and all Blinding Lights are removed.
Cooldown: 2 Cost: 1 Strength, 1 Intelligence

Heaven’s Guard (Tactic, Instant)
Tenchi is invulnerable for 1 turn.
Cooldown: 4 Cost: 1 Random


Ranpu Fay
HP: 100
Assassination
Background

Fay grew up constantly worrying about her older sister Kyoko due to her health. Because of this, she is very protective of Kyoko and will do anything to help her sister much to Kyoko’s dismay. Her attitude is generally cheerful but can quickly lose her head in stressful situations Fay is often compared to Kyoko because of their distinct ways of fighting in which Fay has more brawn whereas Kyoko has more brains which is why they’re considered to be a great team. When her sister became Daimyo, she was asked how she felt to which she responded that she didn’t feel jealous as she couldn’t see herself as someone who could do any better. She has a scar on her hand which she is very secretive about as she got it during the Great Earthquake while trying to save her parents.

Appearance
Fay is aged 18 with medium length blond hair which is split into two ponytails and white eyes. She is almost twice the size of Kyoko but still shorter than Tenchi and has a face similar to that of a child. Despite her facial appearance, her chest size is quite big; so much so that her cleavage shows through her white robes which are pretty tight around that area. She has a small scar on the back of her right hand.


Skills
Lightning Stab (Melee, Instant)
Fay deals 20 melee damage to 1 enemy and grants Fay 1 Light Charge.
Cooldown: 0 Cost: 1 Agility

Thundering Light (Ranged, Instant)
Fay deals 20 ranged damage to 1 enemy, removing 1 energy. Each light charge increases damage by 10.
Cooldown: 1 Cost: 1 Agility, 1 Random

Figure of Light (Mental, Aura)
Counter the first melee or ranged skill performed on Fay and deals 15 damage to the attacker. Invisible to enemy.
Cooldown: 0 Cost: 1 Agility

Light Clone (Tactic, Instant)
Fay is invulnerable for 1 turn.
Cooldown: 4 Cost: 1 Random

Soshi Village
The village of elements. Hidden away in the mountains, the Soshi village houses the clan capable of controlling the elements. The Soshi clan keep mostly to themselves because of their strict rules about outsiders. They treat outsiders coldly and consider themselves exempt from the rest of the region due to their abilities. They were strong followers of the Shoganate but after the Great Earthquake lost hope since they had not been given support; they had yet to hear the news of the Shoganate’s end. When the Great Earthquake hit, they were hit the hardest and had most of their village destroyed. For years, it has been rare for people to be able to control all the elements with most of the villagers being able to only control 1.


Daimyo: Soshi Keitaro
HP: 90

Background

Being the Daimyo, Keitaro has decent people skills but still harbours a little of the clan’s scepticism. Although bring young, only 22, he took over being Daimyo 3 years ago and since has been leading the village. His father continuously forced him to be better when he was younger purely because he was the second Soshi to be able to control 3 elements in years. He is proud of controlling 3 elements but doesn’t boast about it. He is 1 of the last clan member to still believe that the Shoganate cares about them.

Appearance
Being the Daimyo, Keitaro wears ceremonial clothes similar to a male shrine keeper. Around his waist is a rope belt that holds a jar of water and ajar of earth. His hair is light brown and hangs freely above his shoulders. His eyes are a piercing red. Keitaro wears a shoulder par over his right shoulder which has a fire symbol. Around his neck is a necklace of white beads similar to prayer beads.


Skills
Fire Burst (Ranged, Instant)
Deals 20 ranged damage to 1 enemy and inflicts them with a burning affliction dealing 5 damage for 2 turns.
Cooldown: 1 Cost: 1 Strength

Flooding Waves (Ranged, Instant)
Deals 20 ranged damage to all enemies bypassing counters and removes all burning affliction from the enemy. If an enemy is affected by Swallowing Earth, they take an additional 10 damage.
Cooldown: 2 Cost 1 Intelligence, 1 Random

Swallowing Earth (Mental, Chanelling)
Stuns 1 enemy for 2 turns dealing 5 affliction damage.
Cooldown: 2 Cost: 1 Strength, 1 Random

Stone Wall (Tactic, Instant)
Keitaro is invulnerable for 1 turn.
Cooldown: 4 Cost: 1 Random


Soshi Nana
Hp: 90

Background

Nana is 17 years old and stands a head shorter than Keitaro. Her upbringing was pretty slack because she only controls the power of wind. Because of this, she has a really relaxed attitude and tends not to take things too seriously. She became a good friend of Keitaro during the Daimyo tests where she lost due to her abilities. From the event she holds a one-sided rivalry with Keitaro and won’t lose a chance to challenge him. Due to her name, Nana has an obsession with the number 7. When the Great Earthquake hit, she lost her Mother and when asked about her she will shy away from the question or change topics.

Appearance
Nana wears a traditional linen shirt with no sleeves. She has a brown, knee-length skirt with the number 7 embroidered multiple times along the bottom. Her hair is a blackish brown tied into 7 long thin ponytails that droop down her back. She has brown eyes and wears a single earring in her left ear. Her appearance has been noted to look 3 years older than her actual age.

Skills
Seven Stabs (Melee, Instant)
Nana deals 5 melee damage to 1 enemy and inflicts them with a bleeding affliction dealing 5 damage for the next 6 turns.
Cooldown: 3 Cost: 1 Strength

Winds from Below (Tactic, Instant)
Nana inflicts 1 enemy with Winds from below for 3 turns. If the target uses a skill, they are inflicted with a bleeding affliction dealing 20 affliction damage the following turn and ends Winds from Below.
Cooldown: 2 Cost: 1 Intelligence

Winds of the seven blades (Ranged, Instant)
Nana deals 30 ranged damage to 1 enemy and inflicts them and herself with a bleeding affliction dealing 10 damage the following turn. If the target has a bleeding affliction, this skill deals 45 ranged damage, removes all bleeding afflictions and inflicts Nana with a bleeding affliction dealing 10 damage the following turn.
Cooldown: 2 Cost: 1 Strength, 1 Intelligence

Barrier of Wind (Tactic, Instant)
Nana is invulnerable for 1 turn.

Soshi Katsuo
HP: 90

Background

Katsuo is the Soshi’s most strongest warrior who has led and won over 100 battles in offense and defence. He can only control fire but at a master level, so much so that no other fire user can come anywhere close to matching him. He was originally one of the candidates for Daimyo but declined due to his longing for battle. In the peaceful years, Katsuo trained his skills over and over until the Great Earthquake. While leading villagers to safety, Katsuo lost his left arm when it was trapped by a falling boulder. He has no alive family but he doesn’t let it bring him down. He has a stoic personality with a fiery temper to those who wish the Soshi harm.

Appearance
Katsuo is incredibly tall with thinning red hair and piercing red eyes. He wears an open ragged jacket that shows mesh protection beneath. He has short trousers with multiple tears and blood stains. He has a deep scar on his face from his right eye to his left lip. Tied to his jacket is a stone tablet with the fire symbol etched into it. He lost his left arm during the Great Earthquake.


Skills
Flaming Stance (Tactic, Instant)
Counters the first melee or ranged skill used on Katsuo for 3 turns. If countered, the attacker is given a burning affliction dealing 15 damage the following turn and Infernal Strike of the Right is altered.
Cooldown: 2 Cost: 1 Strength

Infernal Strike of the Right (Melee, Instant)
Deals 35 melee damage to 1 enemy. If altered by Flaming Stance, this skill deals 35 melee damage and reduces melee and ranged damage of the target by 15 for 2 turns. If altered by Experienced Glare, this skill deals 45 melee damage.
Cooldown: 1 Cost: 1 Strength, 1 Random

Experienced Glare (Mental, Chanelling)
Reduces melee and ranged damage of a target by 10 for 2 turns. This skill can be cancelled and alters Infernal Strike of the Right.
Cooldown: 1 Cost: 1 Random

Fiery Defence of 100 battles
Katsuo is invulnerable for 1 turn.
Cooldown: 4 Cost: 1 Random

Fuuin Village
The village of the sealed. The Fuuin Village is located in the centre of the region and is home to the sealed clan. The occupants had ancestors so powerful that they saw the need to seal their power away. Because of their past of being feared by the other villages, the Fuuin clan can be withdrawn and very secretive. Although they tend not to get drawn into fights, when they do they are usually on the side that starts winning. When the Great Earthquake hit, they were hit badly in parts but not so much in other parts but have since rebuilt most of their village. They served faithfully under the Shoganate even though they knew that they were scared of them. The Shoganate rarely asked the Fuuin clan for help but when they did, The Fuuin defended it with all its might.


Daimyo: Fuuin Mamoru

Background

Mamoru lost his parents when he was 7 and has lived on his own for the past 11 years. Even in the village filled with super powered ninja, Mamoru is still feared by all the villagers. Although he doesn’t look it or act it, Mamoru has the ability to defeat every Fuuin Clans member and still have energy left over. His power is so strong that his seal is on his forehead for best concentration and is covered by sealing bandages. Despite having two seals, Mamoru’s power still leaks out in the form of an orange bladed sword and an invincible black clock. He became Daimyo because no one opposed him; something he felt to be unfair. The only people he truly considers friends are Ava and Ryota. He has a crush on Ava but won’t admit it as he doesn’t feel good enough for her but will still give his life to protect her.

Appearance
He has sky blue hair with an eyebrow length fringe that helps to hide the bandages wrapped around his forehead. His eyes are green and almost emotionless. He is mostly seen with a frown rather than a smile. He wears a woven shirt coloured black covered by a black, trench-coat like cloak with a hood attached. He wears simplistic black trousers with a single white line down the side. He doesn’t wear any armour or appear to have any muscles. Around his neck is a sacred green cystal which was given to him by Ava.


Skills (I am not 100% sure this character is balanced.)
Seal Release (Tactic, Instant)
Affects Mamoru with Released Seal dealing 5 affliction damage each turn infinitely. While affected by Released Seal, this skill affect Mamoru with Final Seal Removal, dealing 10 affliction damage each turn infinitely.
Cooldown: 0 Cost: 1 Random

Strike of the Powered (Melee, Instant)
Deals 20 melee damage to 1 enemy. While affected by Released Seal, this skill deal 25 melee damage. While affected by Final Released Seal, this skill deal 30 piercing melee damage.
Cooldown: 0 Cost: 1 Strength

Last Will of the Protector (Tactic, Instant)
Heals 1 teammate for 50 health. While affected by Released Seal, this skill heals 35 health to both allies. While affected by Final Released Seal, this skill heals both teammates for 30 health and deals 15 affliction damage to all enemies bypassing counters. Every time this skill is used, Mamoru's health is halved..
Cooldown: 2 Cost: 2 Random

Unbeatable Defence (Tactic, Instant)
Mamoru is invulnerable for 1 turn.

Fuuin Ava

Background

Ava’s mother died during the Great Earthquake and she hasn’t fully gotten over it. When she was 8, Ava lost control of her seal and in turn her powers. Against her will, Ava’s power destroyed a fifth of the village before Mamoru was able to reseal her. Most of the villagers wanted Ava to be exiled but Mamoru, who was the 9 year old Daimyo, defended her saying it wasn’t her fault. It was only because of the villager’s fear for Mamoru that people didn’t argue. Since then she, Mamoru and Ryota have become good friends and she is often seen with Mamoru. She has a crush on Mamoru but won’t tell him because she doesn’t know how he feels about her. Due to her past, Ava is quite quiet and doesn’t speak her mind often but can overcome these shortcomings when she’[s with Mamoru.

Appearance
She stands a only as tall as Mamoru’s shoulder with hair that reaches as far as her knees. Her hair is coloured blond which tints into orange at its ends and is completely straight. She wears a knee length black dress with small laces on the ends. Thigh high black socks and black leathery shoes cover her lower half and she wears a fingerless black glove on her left hand which reaches just past her elbow. Her eyes are pink. Her seal is located on her right hand and has the shape of a spiral.


Skills
Seal Removal (Tactic, Instant)
Ava is affected with Removed Seal dealing 5 affliction damage each turn permanently and reduces melee and ranged damage dealt to her by 10. Stuns are disabled and this skill toggles.
Cooldown: 0 Cost: No Energy

Grand Soul Defence (Tactic, Instant)
Makes 1 teammate invulnerable for 1 turn. While affected by Removed Seal, both teammates are affected.
Cooldown: 2 Cost: 1 Intelligence, 1 Random

Uncontrolled Power (Mental, Instant)
Ava deals 10 affliction damage to all enemies and 5 to herself. While affected by Removed Seal, this skill deals 15 damage.

Fuuin Ryota
HP: 100

Background

Ryota was born into a family that had close relations with the Shoganate as such he was 1 of the first of the Fuuin to learn of its demise. When he was younger, Ryota would often sneak off into the forest to practice with his released seal. During 1 of these training sessions however, Ryota was surrounded by bandits who overpowered him and were going to sell him as a slave. He was saved in time by the newly elected Daimyo, Mamoru, who had heard of someone releasing their deal in the forest. He fought off the bandits using the first level of his sealed power and left before Ryota had a chance to thank him. Ryota met Mamoru a few days later when Ava’s power went out of control and they both stepped out to protect her. He has a carefree attitude that rarely takes anything seriously and makes a joke of pretty much anything.

Appearance
Ryota has short, white hair that barely reaches past his neck. His eyes are grey and a little smaller than most. He is usually seen with a smile on his face. His shirt is dark blue and extremely tattered with multiple holes, much like his trousers. He wears a single red glove on his right hand which he describes as ‘fashionable’. On his back are two short katana and around his belt are multiple kunai and shuriken yet they are merely for show as he never uses them. His seal is located on his back and has the shape of the moon.


Skills
Seal Release (Tactic, Instant)
Ryota is affected with Released Seal dealing 5 affliction damage each turn infinitely. This skill toggles.
Cooldown: 0 Cost: No Energy

Draining Health (Tactic, Aura)
Affects 1 enemy with a bleeding affliction for 3 turns dealing 15 affliction damage. Damage dealt by this skill heals 1 ally by the damage dealt. While affected by Soul Release, this skill deals 20.
Cooldown: 3 Cost: 1 Intelligence, 1 Random

Soul Giver (Tactic, Aura)
Ryota heals 1 teammate for 25 health and deals 15 damage to himself. While affected by Released Seal, this skill heals both teammates for 20 health.
Cooldown: 1 Cost: 1 Intelligence

Carefree Presence (Tactic, Instant)
Ryota is invulnerable for 1 turn.
Cooldown: 4 Cost: 1 Random

Taimu Village
The village of time. They are an ancient clan that are rarely seen outside of the white walls of their village. Despite being closed off, the Taimu clan are extremely kind and welcome those that were followers of the Shoganate. The Shoganate were close friends through relationships for 4 generations. When the Shoganate fell, the Taimu clan was seriously affected and withdrew into seclusion for a whole month. Upon hearing that warriors were fighting to rebuild the Shoganate, they instantly made preparations for when they arrived. However after the Great Earthquake, they suffered tremendous losses in their clan and their village was heavily damaged. On the verge of extinction, the Taimu clan continues to wait for the Shoganate fighters. They are on good terms with the Ranpu village but have a rivalry with the Soshi village. Member of the Taimu clan are able to control small sections of time such as freezing, slowing down or speeding up.


Daimyo: Taimu Chie
HP: 100

Chie became Daimyo 4 years ago when she bested the 4 other candidates in battle. 23 years of age, Chie has learned everything to do with time except for a single skill which Toshi refuses to teach her even though she has studied under Toshi for 10 years. She has a kind and justified attitude which makes her a good Daimyo. She used to be on good terms with the Shogan but since his death has been a little depressed which shows in her ability to work. During the Great Earthquake, a lot of pressure was placed on her because it was her responsibility to predict natural occurrences but during the investigation, they found that the earthquake was man-made and that Chie had no chance of predicting it. She is currently on good terms with Mamoru and sees the Fuuin clan as their allies.

Appearance
Chie has long grey hair that is done up in a ponytail halfway down her back. She has the number 12 tattooed across her forehead showing that she is the current Daimyo. She wears a pointy hat in the shape of an hour hand and her rapier has the appearance of a second hand. She wears wooden clogs and a long grey robe.


Skills
Time Stop (Mental, Aura)
Chie stuns 1 enemy for 2 turns and they are invulnerable to enemy skills. When this skill ends, that enemy takes 15 affliction damage.
Cooldown: 2 Cost: 1 Wisdom, 1 Random

Slowing Wounds (Mental, Channelling)
Chie affects 1 enemy with slowing wounds for 2 turns. During this time, any damage dealt to this enemy is reduced to 0. After the second turn, all damage dealt is doubled and dealt as affliction damage.
Cooldown: 3 Cost: 1 Wisdom, 1 Intelligence

Fast Forward (Mental, Instant)
Chie affect 1 ally with Fast Forward. The following turn, cooldowns on that teammate are set to 0.
Cooldown: 2 Cost: 1 Agility

Wall of Time (Tactic, Instant)
Chie is invulnerable for 1 turn.
Cooldown: 4 Cost: 1 Random


Taimu Toshi
HP: 120

Background

Toshi was the Daimyo before Chie and as such was on good terms with the old Shogan and a master of time. By the time he was 30 he had learned all time related skills and had begun research into a new, never before imagined skill. A year later, Toshi had finished his skill but found it to be too dangerous to be used. He started training Chie when he saw great potential in her. Despite being her mentor and Chie’s pleas, he chooses never to the skill that he had created. When the Great Earthquake struck, Toshi was out of the village and blames himself for not being there when his clan needed him.

Appearance
Toshi is a 63 year old man with a white goatee and thinning hair. He wears rectangular spectacles over his squinting eyes. He wears a sleeveless vest, coloured grey, which has a big blood stain in the middle. Down his right arm is a large scar from an old war wound.

Skills
Rewinding Time (Mental, Instant)
Toshi heals all teammates for 15 health for 3 turns.
Cooldwon: 3 Cost: 1 Intelligence, 1 Random

Stolen Time (Ranged, Instant)
Toshi deals 20 ranged damage to 1 enemy and heals 1 random enemy for 20 health.
Cooldown: 0 Cost: 1 Strength

End of Time (Mental, Aura)
Toshi affects 1 enemy and himself with End of Time infinitely. During this time, if Toshi is killed, the enemy affected with End of Time also dies. If the enemy affected by End of Time dies then Toshi dies. This skill toggles.
Cooldown: 1 Cost: 2 Intelligence

Time’s Guard (Tactic, Instant)
Toshi is invulnerable for 1 turn.
Cooldown: 4 Cost: 1 random


Taimu Shizuko

Background

Shizuko is 14 years old and a trainee under Chie. Shizuko was born mute and as such carries around a blank scroll which she writes all her conversations and answers on. She is quite adept at the manipulation of time in which she only needs to see a skill once to memorise it completely. Since she is mute, Shizuko trained her hearing and because of this, has incredible hearing; apparently being able to hear even the flow of time. She is quite withdrawn which is seen by her hiding behind Chie when someone unknown approaches. During the Great Earthquake, Shizuko was almost killed since she couldn’t scream for help. Chie was only able to find her because she noticed that Shizuko wasn’t at the village’s meeting point or in the escape party. Due to her always hanging around with Chie she knows Mamoru and always seems a little more outgoing when he visits.

Appearance
Shizuko has the appearance of a 14 year old and is quite short. Her silver hair is done up in 2 thick ponytails which drape down her front. She wears a long sleeved, grey tunic, black leggings and brown boots that reach halfway up her shins. She always carries two or three blank scrolls which she uses to communicate. Hanging around her neck is a small hourglass necklace she got from her Mother.


Skills
Shuriken: Time Freeze (Tactic, Channelling)
Shizuko affects 1 enemy with Frozen Shuriken for 5 turns and grants Shizuko 1 Shuriken charge.
Cooldown: 0 Cost: No Energy

Shuriken: Time Continue (Ranged, Instant)
Shizuko deals 5 ranged damage to all enemies. Each Shuriken charge increases this skill by 10 and any enemies affected by Frozen Shuriken takes an extra 15 damage. Removes all Frozen Shuriken.
Cooldown: 0 Cost: 1 Agility

Field of Time (Tactic, Instant)
Shizuko makes the entire team invulnerable to enemy ranged and melee skill for 2 turns.
Cooldown: 3 Cost: 1 Agility, 1 Intelligence

Muted Time (Tactic, Instant)
Shizuko is invulnerable for 1 turn.
Cooldown: 4 Cost: 1 Random

Background

Takeshi was a distinguished member of the Fuuin clan back when he was in his twenties. He was banished from the Fuuin village when he was 32 years old and has been living in the wild for the past 4 years. He was banished by Fuuin Mamoru for not only endangering the village but also threatening to destroy most of the region. Takeshi believed that the Fuuin clan were superior to not only the other villages but even the Shoganate and felt that he was the one who could lead the Fuuin clan to command the entirety of Japan. When everyone in the village rallied against him and Mamoru threatened banishment, Takeshi went on a rampage by destroying parts of the village and spreading his destruction to the surrounding areas. Takeshi was eventually stopped by a fully unsealed Mamoru and was given a powerful seal similar to that of Mamoru’s to ensure he could never do it again. Takeshi was then exiled from the village and sent to the darkest part of the region where his hatred grew for his clan and trained himself for revenge. When Takeshi learned of the Shogan’s death, he takes this as a chance to steal the Soshi’s clan item from its temple and later uses this combined with his years of training to release the grand seal that Mamoru had placed on him. The sheer force that Takeshi exerted to forcefully release his seal was what caused the Great Earthquake and destroyed most of the region. Something Takeshi had not expected was a counter-measure that Mamoru had put on the seal which would leave Takeshi weak for the following weeks. Because of this, Takeshi has been forced to watch the villages recover from his power exertion from the shadows but now that he has finally regained his full power he plans on taking down each of the villages one by one until he finally gets to the Fuuin village where he promised himself he’d kill Mamoru. He has a grizzly attitude and a superiority complex, believing that he is stronger than anyone else because of his heritage. He talks down to anyone who dares challenge him but sees Mamoru as a rival due to their past.

Appearance
Takeshi stands just less than 7 feet tall will larger than average muscles and is extremely lean. His black hair is reasonably long with a few hair strands that drop down the front of his face. He has 1 green eye and a red eye which is slightly glassed out with a small scar cutting through his right eyebrow. He has a huge bite mark on his left ear which he got from a past battle for survival. He has a small moustache and his chin has a little bit of stubble. His green shirt has been torn and ripped in so many places that it’s almost unbelievable it’s still in 1 piece and is covered with blood and dirt stains. His trousers reach halfway down to his shins where they are torn. Covering his arms and legs are multiple scars of different sizes from battles with the wildlife. His seal is located on his chest, above his heart, which shows through an enormous hole in his shirt with the symbol of a ferocious beast.

Takeshi deals 30 melee damage to 1 selected enemy, 20 damage to 1 random enemy and 10 damage to another random enemy.

Downfall of the Seal (Passive, Instant)
If Takeshi uses Power of the Ultimate Seal, Takeshi takes 20 affliction damage. If Takeshi uses Revenge of the Banished, Takeshi takes 15 affliction damage. If Takeshi uses Full Release of the Seal is used, Takeshi takes 30 affliction damage over 2 turn.

Background

Hoshi was born from a Father from the Taimu Village and a Mother from the Ranpu Village. Because of this, Hoshi has the ability to control time and worships the sun and receives its blessings. For years her job mostly consisted of keeping the Soshi clan in check and relations between each village, steady. However after the Great Earthquake, Hoshi had to travel everywhere at a moment’s notice, help rebuild the villages and maintain the relations between the four clans. Doing so drew her away from her son, Ryota, but os glad when she sees him helping the Shoganate warriors. She had suspected that the Great Earthquake was man-made for a long time which was why she disappeared for so long trying to find the true cause.

Appearance
Hoshi has long, sleek, golden hair and white eyes. She wears a linen, grey shirt and a long skirt embroidered with the number 1 – 12 and the sun. She also wears a long trench coat which is embroidered with the symbol of the stars on the back. Covering her right hand is a black glove, much like the one Ryota wears. She has pale skin from her Ranpu heritage.

Skills (Again I'm not sure about the balancing here.)
The Time of Light (Tactic, Channelling)
Hoshi increases melee and ranged damage dealt this turn by 10 and decreases enemy melee and ranged damage by 10 the following turn.
Cooldown: 2 Cost: 1 Random

The Sun’s Blessings (Mental, Channelling)
Hoshi deals 5 affliction damage to all enemies and heals all teammates by 5 health for 3 turns.
Cooldown: 3 Cost: 1 Random

Light of 1000 Ages (Melee, Instant)
Hoshi deals 20 melee damage to 1 enemy and affects them with a bleeding affliction dealing 10 affliction damage each turn infinitely.
Cooldown: 2 Cost: 1 Strength, 1 Random

Light of the Future (Tactic, Instant)
Grants Hoshi 1 Agility, 1 Strength, 1 Intelligence and 1 Wisdom energy for 1 turn. The following turn, these energy are removed.
Cooldown: 3 Cost: 2 Intelligence, 1 Random

These are all great. I can tell a lit of thought and care went into their creation. A couple are a bit under/overpowered but nothing a small tweak can't fix.

For example, Fuuin Mamoru is really only useful for healing his teammates, however sacrificing himself is a bit extreme and there aren't many cases where someone would want to risk it. For the amount of damage he sustains each turn, he doesn't dish out a whole lot.

Strike of the Powered should deal more damage. Start it off at 20 instead of 15. Or possibly make the damage Piercing and/or Ignore Invulnerability.

As for Last Will of the Protector, I suggest:
Heals 1 teammate for 50 Health. While affected by Released Seal, this skill heals both allies by 35 Health. While affected by Final Released Seal, this skill heals both teammates for 25 health and deals 10 affliction damage to all enemies bypassing counters. Each time this skill is used it reduces Mamoru's current Health by half.
Cooldown: 2 Cost: 2 Random

Soshi seems to simple. Allot of element based clans aren't original. I like the Time village though.
