Hello everyone, been a while since I've made a CC. Anyways, here's a neat little guy, Talon. His focus is based around burst damage through Noxian Diplomacy and Rake combo. Oh, but first thing is first... since my avatar was forcefully removed (DO NOT ask me why, as I will not respond with details), I thought I'd ask you guys to pick my next avatar for me. Of the following 3 below, I like the one with the green hair the most.
