So, like a philosipher should never do, I have been absorbed with the idea of infinite death (ie the idea of dieing with no afterlife), and it's led me down some stranged roads of thought which seem to me to be very tangled and confusing. Often I will have an idea figured out, only for it to shift, and no longer seem benign. So I've taken to penning down these ideas as I have them.

Like a Falling Pane of Glass
I see you in a silver reflection
For a second
Then the thousands "you"s that
You have been
For a second I see black
Then the sky
You have been waiting for me
On the roof
Then the sky dragged you away
To the earth
On the roof I watched you fall
With my heart
To the earth and shattered like
A dusky dream
With my heart in my chest, beating
For a second
A dusky dream descends, and I forgotten
Stand above us
For a second I wait longer then
I see you
Stand above us in the silver-gold
Then the thousands
