I recommend you to use a full assassination team to make it faster:

Jun (Small Med Pack)- Ken (BA) -Tadashi (FA) is a good and fast team. Remember Tadashi must not be revealed in the swap screen! :D

I'd rather go with Jun, Tadashi, Takeo since I feel very uneasy using Takeo and Jyouzo together. It feels sluggish and very prone to Caltrops.
