Actually it's not logical to stop MangaStream stopping the releases of the manga chapters, because after a few weeks, they take off the older chapters from their sites. So while MS posted the translated chapters, when those chapters gets printed, I'm sure it's already off the site. It's all about money, like VIZ doesn't have enough or something, I mean I heard they sell things overpriced in crappy quality.

You're right. MS has the highest quality scans out there hosted on it. I would really hate Viz going overboard on these stuff.
