It's really annoying kill her...
if you stun burning wings, she use born of fire, and if you stun born for fire she use burning wings, so what the best way to kill her?
not counting the other team members, that make the battle more difficult...

She became a really big threat, indeed. Just try to kill her first. Just spike her, stunning is not very effective against her.

Try swapping in Niwa or Sleeping Powder, and then kill her with your other teammates. Spiking is the best way to go, so she doesn't use any of her moves or if she has some way to ignore the stun.

Best way to defeat her is NOT stun her mental but stun her completely. Tori's weakness is overall stun. The more you stun her, the more she can't stack. And even when Suzaku's on, she'd waste those turns waiting for stun to settle down.
So one tip is, don't use Niwa or Sleeping Powder against her. Use overall cheap stunners like Yukigaaru or Asami. You could also go heavy stunning using Akira and Kurai.

I agree with this. Perma stun people works too, like Kurai or Nozuchi. The best way is combining stun with spike to reduce her HP while she's stunned. But for me, if i have at least one stunner in my team, ill just let her use Suzaku then stun her to death, cuz with her new design, she's dead weight after Suzaku ends.

Also another thing. You don't even need to go heavy in stunning. If you use very offensive spike teams, I suggest having 1 cheap stunner like Yuki or Asami along so that you can kill her in 2 turns (1st turn being damaged AND stunned), assuming enemy doesn't have healers or support.
