After a lot of debates and doubts we have finally found a form for the streak ladder we are comfortable with.
The Streak Ladder now features the players with the hottest win streaks of the moment. If you have not been active on the streak ladder for a week, your streak will be frozen and you will not be placed in the current ladder. When you are frozen, you will not lose your streak. The moment you start playing again, you will continue your previous win streak.
The season end of the Points Ladder is also just around the corner, more information on that soon.

There were a few issues with the Streak Ladder, but they should be resolved now.

Yeah, I'm No.17!
I think it's a good idea. Hottest streaks ladder makes players with highest streaks work to keep their positions. Congratulations!
EDIT: got a bug here, I think. I'm No. 14 now but here
can't see myself.

I have a couple of questions. How do you deem a player inactive? Battles in the streak ladder or by overall activity in-game? Because after coming from inactivity, I might lose my streak therefore any possible achievement say the top 1 or even 2 achievement. It would be a bummer if activity is defined through streak ladder only.
I'm pointing at NightLord who has recently come back from being inactive. So yeah.. that might be a problem..

Your activity is based on your activity in the streak ladder only.
You won't lose achievements once you've gained them.

I like the way the streak ladder is now,but maybe you should decrease the amount of how many people have to participate in the ladder to get achievements?

Regular ladder or streak ladder?
Because people on the streak ladder are getting their Top ranking achievements as long as they're considered active at the moment.
