Hai does not work, you're telling me to use strength of the Tiger King but that hits Hai, who counters it.

he only counters the first melee/ranged skill
...
fourth turn: use "Talon Strike" first and then
"Strength of the Tiger King" and if possible
"Blue Rose of Solitude" on the guard you want to kill
...
you can also use Strength of the Tiger King while Fanning the Flames is active

Wow. You did that what admins were not capable off when making these bosses.
Anyhow, you beat Issyou by not entering phase 2 which was originally not the way we planned it. Question is if we should not let this healing effect be ignored.
