So where can I find the Hermit Shop or the Shop in the second Region??

I mean is it near Kusa or Honoo village??

Its twords the middle of the map I believe. There is a mission to unlock it, so it's possible you have yet to complete the proper mission.

Fugitive is title after you complete first few missions just go in my account and "change my title"if you completed first few missions you should have it too.If you completed more or when you complete more missions you might have more titles there.

You can see what you need to do to get the title on view your profile and then go to achievements.

near the klusa village its the sjhop...and if you want to unlock the shop u must make mission on kusa village
