Hello, after being inspired by Dutchshinobi, I too want to retouch my custom region with the new BBC codes. I'll be adding a new village as well and add level scaling.

--------------------------------------

A common characteristic all Kame's share is that most generally live to be 100+ years old.

Overview: The Kame Clan means the Turtle clan. The general concept of this clan is the amazing defenses of a turtle. The Slow and Steady Wins the Race concept is very applicable here.

Spiked Tortoise Shell

Energy Required:
No Costs

Any enemy that uses a melee skill against a character with Spiked Tortoise Shell will take 5 piercing melee damage. Ranged damage dealt to the holder of this item is decreased by 5.

Class List:
passive, instant
Cooldown:
None

Kame Toku 130 HP Collaboration: Toku is the leader of the Kame Clan. Toku has short, curly, dark blue hair that just barely creeps past his eyes. His pool blue eyes have a lazy lusty gaze almost as if he has no cares in the world (Which he generally doesn't). His face is pretty chubby, but the rest of his face is pretty normal (No scars, etc). His skin color is that of a delicate light brown chocolate. Standing in at 6'4, Toku towers over most of his people. This height does not come without cost, however, as he is very bulky as well. Most of it is fat from his gut, yet his arms are like the sizes of cannons. Toku LITERALLY is wearing a tortoise's shell, as it luckily covers most of his gut and his back, he wears no armor underneath the shell. The color of the shell is a rather dull brown on the back, and a creamy light yellow on the front. He wears standard dark blue pants.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Kame Senshi 110 HP Disruption Senshi is one that values honor and believes that a high defense is the best strategy. Senshi is Toku's personal body guard. His hair is covered by his helmet, made from tortoise shell, is one of a standard samurai. His face is also completely masked as it is covered by a traditional samurai mask. Towering at 6', Senshi is extremely fit, but not so muscular. His shoulders are padded by dark blue shoulder pads and he wears bulky armor to cover his front and back. There is a symbol of a wave on the front of his armor. He also has a standard samurai skirt made of turtles. He carries in his stronger hand, his shield. His shield is a lightish blue with the same symbol as his armor. In his other hand, he carries a short sword. The sword has no special qualities to it, as defense matters more to Senshi.

Kame Chiisai 100 HP Disruption Chiisai is still just a little girl, about the age of 10. She is an extremely cheerful and tricky girl. Ever since she's been small, Toku has taught her about the arts of self defense. Oddly enough, she didn't take to Karate or anything like that, what she discovered she liked was truly bizarre for everyone; she took up boxing. Her reasoning is that boxing is like a game of chess, you react to what your opponent does and act out of defense. Anyways, she has short, wavy, cyan hair that just barely taps her shoulders. She has a very childish face, her violet eyes give off a sense of mischief. She is about 4 feet, and a healthy weight. Despite her age and size, she definitely knows how to hold her own weight in battle. She wears a two piece bikini, her top being shells that cover her breasts, and her bottoms are deep blue shorts. Her punching gloves are standard red boxing gloves (Toku said no when she asked if she could use tortoise shells).

A common characteristic the Kurabu clan shares: All members of the Kurabu clan have a sort of red tinge to their skin.

Despite his age, he is already balding and showing some hints of gray hair around his ears. Tsume doesn't wear a shirt, and one can see his well-toned body. He wears long red pants, nothing too special about them. Tsume's main defining feature is his right arm. Legend has it that Tsume slayed a giant crab before creating the clan. The crab scarred Tsume's right arm pretty badly, and as revenge, Tsume took the right Pincer and has applied it to his own body.

Kurabu Ebi 110 HP Collaboration: Quite possibly the most confusing character in this region. Ebi is a boy around the age of 14, however, many people often confuse him for a girl. He has long blonde golden hair, and his face appears incredibly feminine. He's around the height of 5 feet, making him look even more feminine. Ebi understands that he is viewed as a girl, and it doesn't bother him much, in fact, he sometimes uses it to his advantage. He dresses rather sharply, wearing a red suit with a white undershirt, and matching white slacks. This combination of boyish but feminine makes him hold a charm over every gender. Ebi is actually quite a caring person. Ebi is a close friend of Tsume's, and Tsume would trust none other with the giant crabs left pincer than Ebi. As such, Ebi's left arm is almost entirely another giant Pincer. Unlike Tsume, Ebi is more passive and defensive with his claw.

Kurabu Kamenote 100 HP Disruption: Kamenote is quite possibly the scariest female in the entire region. No one knows much about her past, but rumor has it that she lived inside of a cave for her entire 35 years of life, focusing on only survival. As a result, she turned out to be one of the most monstrous looking people in the region. She is about 5'7 and has greasy, wiry, dark black hair that trails down all the way to her feet. Her face is mostly covered by her hair, but you can clearly see her tired expression. She barely wears any cloth whatsoever, if anything, they look like rags patched together. Even more noteable than her hair, is kamenote's nails. Considering she doesn't know what nail clippers are, her finger nails are ridiculously long, and she uses these as weapons. Tsume found her in the cave and offered her a home to live in with his clan. Surprised by the stranger's kindness, she accepted. She continues to live with the Kurabu clan.

~ reserved for Wanizame clan ~

A common characteristic the Wanizame clan shares: They all have shark like teeth.

Forn reasons unknown, even though Boribori is in love with his hair, he wears a crown. This crown is a typical gold crown with an emerald slapped right in the middle of it. His eyes are colored with a rich light gold. He has a strong jawbone, but has a slight scar slashed right across his right cheek. As all members of the Wanizame clan, he has very sharkish teeth. He is rather tall and skinny, weighing only 180 pounds at 6', he has a "swimmer's body". He wears an unbuttoned collared shirt. The color of the shirt is a darkish gold. He wears dark green shorts; on the sides of his shorts, he placed the dorsal fins of two great white sharks on each side. In his right hand, he yields his hand made weapon of mass destruction. It is a pole with multiple shark teeth tied to one side of the pole. Think of it as a prototype chain saw. Boribori himself is an extremely narcisstic character and is very rude and arrogant. He believes himself to be the best of the best and can't stand the fact that the kame clan has more followers than his own clan. He is the king of everything, and he enjoys knowing that fact.

Wanizame Chisio 90 HP Assasination: Chisio is a pretty young girl of the Wanizame clan; around the age of 19 or 20. Chisio is an extremely attractive young girl, and she knows this. She sometimes lets it get to her head. Chisio has short, teal hair that passes about half way down her neck. Her hair is slightly parted near her left ear. Unlike most of the Wanizame members, Chisio has very dark violet eyes. These eyes in combination with her very scary and mischievious smile give off the sense of a killer. The rest of her face is left unscathed, though people often remark on how cute her face is. She has a very voluptious body, and she knows it. She has C cup breasts, a thin stomach, and a nice waist. She's 5'6 and weighs 120 pounds. She dresses as skimpy as possible, because it pleases her to show off her body. She wears a bikini that is tied around her neck, but the strings on her back are left undone and hang on the sides. Likewise, she wears a very skimpy bottoms. There are many rumors that fly around about Chisio, but one of them is fact for sure. This is the rumor that she is a very perverted girl. Chisio is indeed extremely perverted and can't resist it. Another rumor is that she is madly in love with Boribori and dresses and acts the way she does so that Boribori will fall for her; or more specifically, her body. One last rumor worth mentioning is that she is Kame Chisai's elder sister; the resemblance is very much there, but this is only a rumor. One last thing, she likes blood.

Yaitai 120 HP Collaboration: Yaitai Is a very beautiful woman of around the age of 30. She has glorious long blue hair (With hints of Cyan throughout) that flows gracefully down to her lower body. Perched on top of her head is a glorious gold crown, with a beautiful sapphire in the middle. She has a very delicate face with tired looking eyes. She wears a proper dress that covers almost her entire body, except for maybe her arms. On the sides of her dress are long flowing pieces of cloth that just seem to hang there, like fins. Yaitai is a very tired woman, she constantly wants to relax and take a break, but she knows she can't. She takes out this anger in a very passive way. Despite the fact that she says she does not like helping people, she is actually very kind at heart. RUmor has it that she used to have a husband who owned a gold crown like hers, but with an emerald in it.

Shou 80 HP Assassination: Shou is also another beautiful woman around the age of 30. Shou is a lot like Yaitai in her physical features, such as long, jet black hair (With hints of red throughout) that flows to her back. Unlike Yaitai, however, her face is more angry and disgusted than it is tired. In contrast to Yaitai, even though she as well is wearing a dress, there are many tears throughout, and her dress is a dark black in comparison to Yaitai's blue. Also strangely, as opposed to Yaitai's two 'fins', Shou has many flowing pieces of cloth that make her look like a Kraken. There is no crown for Shou, her head feels empty and alone without one. She is a very crude, cruel, and violent woman. Mad at what has happened to her beloved ocean, she has sworn to enact revenge upon everyone, even those who respect the ocean such as the Wanizame, Kurabu, Ika, and Kame clan.

I love your region, Roach! I remember seeing your custom region when you first posted it, but I don't think I ever commented on it back then. I'll be sure to do so this time! In fact, I had already written quite a bit of feedback on Toku before I clicked a wrong button and lost the entire thing. I'm sure we've all been there. ;)

Anyway, I'll edit this post later to add my feedback, when I find more time!

EDIT: alright here we go, the Kame clan...

Spiked Tortoise Shell
I like the idea of giving it one effect vs melee skills and another vs ranged skill. It combines two effects that are very situational into one item that's always useful (well, except against full-mental teams, but whatever). I think it's a bit underpowered though. I'd rather bring Caltrops, considering it will do more damage to melee teams and I hardly ever run into ranged teams. However, it's pretty hard to boost the item without overpowering it. Maybe have it deal 10 piercing damage, but only to the first character that uses a melee skill on the holder (and keep the same effect vs ranged)? Final note: unless you want this item to be exploitable with Warbanner of Offense, you should change it to deal true (piercing melee) damage.

Kame Toku
Nice character description, I imagine him looking exactly like Seishin Kame only with some blue accents.
Grand Protector looks like a very useful skill. Why did you word it like "No more than 40 damage may be dealt to Toku this turn" instead of "During this time, melee and ranged damage dealt to Toku is limited to 40"? The second one seems more consistent with existing WoN skills. Then there's something odd. It says that at level 1, this skill is no longer invisible. But in the level 3 description, it doesn't say anything about the skill being invisible. If you still have doubts: I wouldn't make this skill invisible at any level. I think it's powerful enough as it is in its current (visible) form, and flavour wise it doesn't make sense that the enemy can't see a 6'4 giant shielding his allies. Toku is simply not a stealthy guy.
Tortoise Shell seems balanced. The wording is a bit awkward though. When you use the phrase "ally", I'm not sure whether that includes Toku himself or not. To avoid confusion, you should keep it consistent with the existing WoN skills and refer only to "team members" or "team mates". The first sentence could use a rewrite too. I'd go for "Toku grants one team mate (or teammember, whichever you meant) a protector of 30 hitpoints infinitely". No need to specify that he's giving them a turtle shell, because the skill name kinda gives that away already. Also, maybe take another look at the scaling. I would be happy leaving this skill at level 2, because the upgrade from level 2 to level 3 doesn't seem worth the skill point.
Body Slam and Tortoise Endurance are completely fine on their own, but I have an issue with the skillset combining those two. Once Toku uses Tortoise Endurance, he'll only have 3 skills left to use. His attack will have a cooldown of 2 turns, his supporting skills will have a cooldown of 2 turns and 3 turns. That's a bit heavy on the cooldowns. Now imagine a situation where his allies are dead and he's the only character you have left. Now you have only 2 skills left to use (or even only 1 if Tortoise Shell can't be used on himself). Now the cooldowns are really making him unable to put up any form of a fight.
What to do about this? I like Tortoise Endurance very much, so I wouldn't change that. Instead, I'd change Body Slam. In my opinion, it really needs to be an attack with no cooldown (even at level 1). That way, it will have a 1 turn cooldown after Tortoise Endurance and that will make him much more acceptable in an end-game situation. However, an attack with no cooldown can't have invulnerabilty as one of its effects, because that would be ridiculous. Any form of stun would also be a bad idea. Body Slam kinda sounds like he's hurting himself with it too, so maybe consider making it a plain damaging skill with a small amount of recoil damage? Or keep the damage small and give it some other effect that's not OP when it can be spammed every turn, it's all up to you in the end.

Kame Senshi
Fine description again, I imagine Seishin Kame on a diet. ;)
The Shield Bash + Crashing Wave combo works well. They seem balanced and useful, although Shield Bash might be doing a bit much for its cost and cooldown. I would consider either removing the part about the enemy being unable to reduce damage, or have the effect (and the mark) only last 1 turn. Flavour-wise, it would make more sense if Shield Bash was instant (I don't think it would matter much for balance).
Tsunami is a tricky skill to balance. I think it's alright like this. I'm not sure an AoE stun fits his skillset, but flavour-wise I suppose it's pretty cool.
Professional Bodyguard would be so much better if it was invisible. I don't think it would prove very useful in its current form. By the way, to avoid confusion you should probably change "The first damaging skill used next turn" to "The first damaging skill used on the target next turn". Technically, I don't think "damaging" is a skill class, so this wouldn't work in the actual WoN engine. No need to mind that though.
One issue on the whole of the skillset that's bugging me is the fact that you made all his attacks deal true damage. This is a character with 2 no-cooldown damaging attacks and a 3rd damaging attack. Warbanner of Offense would make a great item for him, and he would also have great synnergy with someone like Niiro Toge. However, by making his attacks deal true damage, that potential was completely destroyed. You basically handicapped him and I don't see why.

Kame Chiisai
A 10 year old girl can't throw any weight into her punchers, so the concept of her being a boxer is kinda laughable. Wouldn't it make more sense if someone with Senshi's posture was a boxer instead?
The flavour of Cross Counter doesn't quite blend with its effects. Nothing wrong with it being a counter of course. However, why would the enemy keep receiving 10 melee damage every turn if he's countered? It makes more sense for him to receive a good jab of melee damage once when he's countered, and leaving it at that. Melee damage that persists even after Chiisai dies makes no sense. Another issue is the fact that it counters affliction skills. "Affliction" is a damage type, not a skill type. I reckon the best way to fix this is to have it counter mental skills, since those usually deal affliction damage. But again there's the flavour issue: how is a boxer supposed to counter mental skills (or affliction skills, if such a thing existed)?
Left Right Counter has similar issues as Cross Counter. I don't get the flavour of a character receiving 10 damage for the rest of the game after being countered. When altered, she's dealing ranged damage. How does a boxer deal ranged damage? Does she throw her gloves at the enemy? (she must have a lot of spare gloves if she can keep that up for the rest of the game)
Duck and Weave would be a great skill to use instead of a standard invul. Nothing wrong with the skill otherwise.
You need to remove the invul and give her a damaging skill. Imagine being in a 1vs1 situation against Chiisai, who's carrying her clan item. You could walk away from you computer, have dinner, watch a movie and then go back to your computer to check if your opponent has surrendered yet. She can't touch you!
Chiisai is definitely my least favorite of the Kame clan, but there's ways to fix her. First of all, drop the boxer thing. Not only is a little girl boxing ridiculous, it also makes no sense that boxing skills would leave affliction-like damaging effects on the opponents. Secondly, drop the invul and give her a skill that makes it so she can win if she's left as your last character against an AFK player.

I had a look at the Kurabu clan. I'll be a bit shorter this time.

Forbidden Claws
That looks to become one of the most potent defensive items in the game. I'd pick this over Battle Armor in most cases. Seeing as how it's a clan item, I don't think it's overpowered though. Each member of the Kurabu clan could make good use of this, so yeah, good job.

Kurabu Tsume
The backstory is not completely convincing, mostly because of his age. You say he's in his mid thirties and at some point in his past he slayed a giant crab and created the Kurabu clan. It can't be that long ago, yet there are 'legends' about him already? That doesn't make too much sense me.
His skillset is focused around his instant-kill. I like the concept of an instant-kill that doesn't need a prep, but can only target characters in a certain HP-range. It's much like Yuudai's Execution in a way, except that the HP-range is variable and depends on his own HP. You seem to have acknowledged that it could be too easy to get an instant-kill very early in the game, so you gave it a starting cooldown. However, I don't think it's enough. First of all, you should change it so he can't kill enemies with HP equal to his. That's similar to a starting cooldown of 1, but nerfs it a bit more (you can remove the starting cooldown now). Secondly, I think this skill will always remain too powerful unless you change it so he can only use it after he's received some damage. I suggest adding the condition "This skill can only be used if Tsume has 60 or less health points left". Not 65, because then a simple Pipe of Strength would do the trick. Those 2 suggestions combined would balance the skill.
His other skills look fine, although Snip Snip should probably deal 20 piercing damage or 25 normal damage.

Kurabu Ebi
I can't imagine this 14 year old boy you described being close friends with Tsume. Again, mostly because of his age. What would they talk about? And assuming he's had his claw for a while already, how is such a young kid supposed to walk around and fight with a giant claw? (also, 110 HP for a small boy?)
Ebi suffers from the same problem as Kame Chiisai. If the opponent doesn't attack him, he won't be able to do anything in a 1vs1 situation. That's something you need to fix.
On the whole, the character is extremely weak, even as a supporter. The concept of repeating skills becoming more powerful is nice, but having it on 3 skills is overkill. It would be nicer if each of the Kurabu members had 1 such skill, sort of a clan gimmick like the Shishi have summons.

Kurabu Kamenote
Backstory is good, skillset is good. A very nice character. The only skill I don't like much is her last one, Sirens Calling. It has the potential to be so much more awesome, if you somehow rework it into an invisible skill.
