Jinx (80Hp, Assassination)

The City of Piltover is the state of evolution, the Crime rate is the lowest in the continent. That is, until Jinx came. Even Piltover's finest cannot catch this menace. She fights using 3 guns: Zap, the Shock Gun; Fishbones, the Cannon Launcher and Pow-Pow, a minigun

Switcheroo!

Energy Required:

Jinx deals 30 ranged damage to one enemy. Every second attack also deals 10 damage to the other enemies.

Level 2: 25 and 10 bonus.
Level 1: 20 and 5 bonus.
(This works like this: 30, then 30/10, then again 30, again 30/10, etc.

Zap!

Energy Required:

Jinx deals 15 ranged damage to 1 enemy. That enemy is stunned for 2 turns.

Only one level.

Flame Chompers!

Energy Required:

Jinx affects all enemies with Flame Chompers! for 2 turns. If an enemy uses a skill during this time, he will take 10 ranged damage, will deal 5 less damage for 2 turns. Flame Chompers! will end on that enemy. Invisible.

Level 2: Visible and deals 10 damage.
Level 1: Doesn't reduce damage.

SUPER MEGA DEATH ROCKET!

Energy Required:

Jinx deals 25 ranged piercing damage and 10 ranged damage to other enemies. The target of this skill will take 5 more damage for each 15 health that enemy has has lost.

ranged, instant
Cooldown:

Level 2: Will deal 5 more for each 25 health lost.
Level 1: Deals 15 damage to the main target.

First of: why not agility ? xD

I think her second skill is too costly, also, slow seems much more like a cost increase mechanic than a stun, how about increasing the skills cost by 2 randon energies? (if you maintain it's cost, if you decrease it, change to 1 randon)

Flame Chompers is also something I imagined differently. How about being visible but, instead of reducing the damage done, make it that the char can't go ivulnerable ?

Lastly, a global ult means no running away, how about it ignoring ivulnerability? Those are my suggestions.
