Use a character, who is labeled as Disruption, like Omoi Yuukigaru
Edit: List of Characters Go here, look at right side of screen, and under the heading, specialty, there will be a tab to show all Disruption Characters.

You have to use characters which have the characteristic Disruption.
Examples: Sasori, Yume, Yuukigaru, Shoji
