-Head Jailer and Prision Guards not added due to being tutorial/starter bosses;
-All notes were tested by me;
-Just remembering, all Bosses and Guards are AI (artificial intelligence). They, for example, won't avoid using an AoE attack because one or two enemy characters are invulnerable, and will use their skills as they were programmed to.
-All non AoE skills of them target the enemy with highest or lowest health, pay attention on that. If 2 enemies have the same health, they will target a random one.
3 - Niiro Toge (Hanto Region, Demon's Lair):

Health: 650
Skills:

Item:

Notes:
-Toge will only use Demonic Rage after Vision of a True Demon;
-Stun Resistance activates on the following turn a stun is used on him. So, the stun will work on the 1st turn;
-Toge has no Guards.
I would advice you to when fighting him, mainly avoid his stun. That's his most dangerous skill. Also, beware DR too. He is a very powerful Boss, and if all ur team get hit by VOATD, the game is over.
4 - Kozan Hahen (Santi Region, Shishi Village):

Health: 500
Skills:

Hahen's Guards (both have same skills):

Health: 100
Skills:

Notes:
-The Guards will revive on the right moment they were killed (but it worth it since Hahen takes 150 damage);
-All affliction dealt by this team are Bleeding and Ki, so all can be removed (anyone tought in Jinsei when reading this? XD)
-As all the Guards, his Guards use their skills in alternate turns (while the 1st one use BS, the 2nd will use PH and vice-versa).
Hahen is strong mainly thanks to his Guards, who protect him and increase the damages on the enemy team, and Hahen protects his Guards too. But when doing that, Hahen takes a nice amount of damage. My main advices are: avoid his afflictions and kill his Guards.
5 - Kozan Hai (Santi Region, Honoo Village):

Health: 350
Skills:

Hai's Guards (Both Have same skills):

Health: 150
Skills:

Notes:
-Hai would always use Crystal Explosion, Crystal Injection, and that skills over and over. After the Guards are dead, he will do nothing on the turn he was supposed to use Crystal Injection;
-His counters counter each turn, not just once;
--As all the Guards, his Guards use their skills in alternate turns (while the 1st one use KS, the 2nd will use IH and vice-versa).
Hai's main ability is the protection of the counters. There are 2 ways to deal with them with no having to be countered once per turn to the other skills activate: using skills like Formation: Future Sight and Crystal Ball of Senboku or using Mental skills (even if I did that by the hardest way
). But I would advice to, as fighting Hahen, focus in the Guards.6 - Kozan Jikkousu (Santi Region, Kusa Village):

Health: 400
Skills:

Jikkousu's Guards (just the 1st skill is different):

Health: 100
Skills:
Guard 1 Version -

Guard 2 Version -

Notes:
-Her attack comes before the Guard's, so Sake won't be useful;
-Hour of Death is passive, so it starts counting from the 1st turn;
-The Uncontrollable, as Toge's Stun Resistance, activates just on the following turn. For example: if you are using Kurai, and you use No Tomorrow on her, it will work for one turn, and will be removed just on the next. But Shoji's Shuriken Wire, for example, would not work, since it would be removed before you can use Shadow Chaser.
-As all the Guards, her Guards use their skills in alternate turns (while the 1st one use CWJ, the 2nd will use GBJ and vice-versa).
The hardest one in the game, in my opinion. You need to deal (at least) 400 damage in 9 turns. While that, Jikkousu will heal and her Guards will stun your team. And you also have to avoid making her 200 health or she will (probably) heal a lot of health points. On this one, I advice focusing tottaly on her, but pay attention on HOD's counting, that's your main problem...
6 - Kozan Isshou (Santi Region, Kozan Village):

Health: 250
Item:

Skills:

Notes:
-After breaking the deffense, Isshou becomes invulnerable to melee skills. That means that skills that bypass or disable invulnerability on Isshou work against him;
-Even using 2 or 3 melee skills on him at the same turn, if the 1st skill broke the defense, the others won't work and he will fully heal (thanks to Rage of the Warbringer);
-Fixed-
-Isshou has no guards.
This one needs a good strategy to be beatten. Pay much attention on his defense and on his charges.
Senboku Eien (Hanto Region, Hebi Village):

Health: 180
Skills:

Notes:
-To defeat him, you must defeat all 3, not just one;
-It is just one who uses the skills, not all 3;
-His stun can stack, beware it.
As Isshou, this one just need a good strategy. He has not too many skills, the only things you have to pay attention are the counter and the stun. Also, a good tip Fleur said: instead of bypassing the counter, be countered; by that way, he won't be able to use the stun, his most dangerous skill.
