It has been complained about many times and I'm sure in annoys most of us. Your opponent gets dominated very quickly but they surrender with just 15 hp left. I'm sure no one has suggested this yet so here it is. Make the achievements such as, winning with all 3 characters left, able to be completed if your opponent surrenders after x amount of turns. Maybe 6 or 8 turns. This will fix this problem and prevent it from being completed if your opponent surrenders without a fight.

or make an achievement tree - "playing *** games without surrendering"

that would work alot better

That one could be added to. These 2 combined would be awesome. If it was just what you suggested then people would continue to surrender after they completed it.

Nice idea. But maybe 50% health left.

Yeah if the achievement didnt have "Without opponent surrederning" many people would get a reward for scaring the opponents silly.

I think it is a great idea as well. Also, you could say if your opponent surrenders when they have only one character left with less than 20-30 health.

I'm not sure the, "Playing x amount of games without surrendering" achievement would work. People will still be surrendering left and right. However, it definitely could help a little bit at least.

Still, I like the idea of adding more circumstances to it. As it is, it seems the only real way to get it is by grinding for high damage AoE triple kills. Or at least, that seems to be the most effective way to do it.
Many a false step is made by standing still

I don't see why they would still be surrendering if it benefitted them not to. Let's see, Surrendering=no gain, Not Surrendering=help with an achievement. I would certainly go with the one that gets me an achievement. I think all the ideas in the main post could work and would make the game a bit more fair and those achievements a bit easier to get.
