Recently, there have been some people wondering about the name changes that took place from the BETA to now. Well, I decided to answer all these questions by making a topic listing the English translations of the names, past and present. You should be able to see why the names were changed when comparing the old with the new.

These definitions are just the ones I could find. For some, I could only find that it was a Japanese name. For others, the definitions don't seem to match the character too well. If you can find any better definitions please tell me. Admins, if you did not intend for some of these names to mean what I have written then please speak up. I would like this to be as accurate as possible.

Interesting topic. I don't see the connection with Naruto. Also I liked Hakumei and their names a lot more than the Kage and their currents. Still calling them like that. I once tried to give someone a team and used 3 of the old names :D The guy probably went mad he didn't have the chars :D

You're probably right. It was hard to find translators that didn't require me to put in kanji and I don't think they are the most reliable. I'll make the edit right away.
