This entire post is an outline of an idea, which i plan to develop on with feedback from readers. Post questions, suggestions, comments, please if it is a long post, organize it so i can quickly identify questions to answer and address in future updates.
POST ONE - Chi-No Clan

Chi-no Clan
”Chi-no” translates roughly to “of blood”
History:
The Chi-no clan has its roots tied close to the “Mizu” clan. The Chi-no derived from the Mizu when their current daimyo, at first known as Mizu Tsuyoi, was outcasted from the Mizu village for developing his own methods of combat, known as “blood curdling” by the Chi-no clan. This style of combat is extremely dangerous, as it utilizes both the user's and enemy's blood and nervous systems; leaving the users open to attack and open to injury. Mizu Tsuyoi founded the Chi-no clan after perfecting his combat prowess, and developing his own new techniques of blood curdling. Mizu Tsuyoi is now known as Chi-no Sakenomi, and his relations with the Mizu clan have become tense.

Characteristics
Chi-no Sakenomi
Sakenomi is dressed in a red magi, fading to black near the bottom. Blood is splattered across the robe and his face. He stares with piercing crimson eyes. - Male
Chi-no Hanta
Hanta wears torn black cloak, with red trimmed across it. At his waist is the hilt of a digger exposed from in front of the cloak. His eyes have two different colors, the right is hazel, as the left is maroon. - Male
Chi-no Teishi
Teishi has two katanas on her back, she is covered in scavenged leather armor from her fallen enemies, each piece bathed in blood. Her eyes are of a deep purple. – Female
Skills
Chi-no Sakenomi - Specialization : Assassination – Health : 120
Blood Craze
Cost – 1 Intelligence, 1 random
Class – Melee, instant.
Cooldown – 2 turns
Effect – Sakenomi kills a target opponent with 25 health or less. This skill ignores invulnerability and bypasses counters. Sakenomi is healed by 25 health and is invulnerable for one turn.
Blood Rush
Cost – 1 Wisdom, 1 Random
Class – Mental, Instant
Cooldown – 4 turns
Effect - For 3 turns; poison afflictions on target opponent deal 5 more damage, the target is immune to friendly drug afflictions, and healing on the target is DECREASED by 5. During this time, Sakenomi takes 5 affliction damage each turn.
Heart Expulsion
Cost – 1 Wisdom, 1 Intelligence
Class – Mental, Aura, Infinite
Cooldown – 2 turns
Effect – Sakenomi slowly kills an opponent’s heart as it is restricted and begins to overwork, forcing itself to death. Every turn target opponent takes 15 affliction damage and is stunned. During this time, poison afflictions on the target deal an additional 10 damage. If Blood Rush is active on the opponent, they take an additional 5 affliction damage per turn for the remainder of Blood Rush. Sakenomi is stunned during this time, and takes 10 affliction damage per turn during this time. THIS SKILL CAN ONLY BE USED ON ONE TARGET AT A TIME. USING THIS SKILL WILL END ITS EFFECTS ON THE FIRST TARGET.
Cold Blooded
Cost - 1 random
Class - Tactic, Instant
Cooldown - 4 turns
Effect - Sakenomi is invulnerable for 1 turn.
Chi-no Hanta – Specialization : Assassination – Health : 90
Blood Splatter
Cost – 1 agility, 1 random
Class – Melee, Instant
Cooldown – 1 turns
Effect – Hanta cuts viciously at one opponent. Dealing 20 melee damage and disabling heals to one target enemy for one turn.
Blood Infusion
Cost – 1 Wisdom
Class – Tactic, Instant
Cooldown – 3 turns
Effect – THIS SKILL CAN TARGET AN ALLY OR ENEMY. If this skill is used on an ally, that ally ignores all affliction damage for two turns. If this skill is used on an enemy, the target takes 10 affliction damage one turn, and all drug afflictions are removed from the target.
Self Penance
Cost – 1 strength, 1 intelligence
Class – Tactic, Aura
Cooldown – 4 turns
Effect – Hanta targets one ally. Every turn, that ally is healed by 10. Damage dealt to that ally is redirected to Hanta, during this time, if Hanta uses a skill Self Penance will end, Hanta is invulnerable to enemy skills until this skill ends. This skill ends when Hanta dies.
Mark of Blood
Cost – 1 random
Class – Tactic, Instant
Cooldown – 4 turns
Effect – Hanta is invulnerable for one turn.
Chi-no Teishi – Specialization : Disruption – Health : 80
Blood Rot
Cost – 1 intelligence
Class – Mental, Instant
Cooldown - 2 turns
Effect – Teishi targets one enemy, effecting them with a poison affliction. For 2 turns, that enemy takes 10 affliction damage each turn, and melee and ranged damage dealt by that enemy is reduced by 10 damage. That target is affected by Blood Rot permanently.
Regression
Cost – 1 Intelligence, 1 random
Class – Mental, Aura
Cooldown – Infinite
Effect – Teishi affects all enemies effected by Blood Rot with a poison affliction dealing 15 damage each turn permanently. This skill ends when Teishi dies. During this time Teishi takes 10 affliction damage every turn.
Hot Blood
Cost – 1 random
Class – Tactic, Aura
Cooldown – 1 turn.
Effect - Activating this skill toggles it’s effect. When activated. Target ally takes 10 affliction damage every turn and receives one agility energy. Healing effects on that ally are increased by 5. Poison and bleeding afflictions on that ally are increased by 5.
Death Rattle
Cost – 1 random
Class – Tactic, Instant
Cooldown – 4 turns.
Effect – Teishi is invulnerable for 1 turn for every killed enemy.
Clan Item:
Chi-No Dagger of Woe
Cost - 1 strength, 1 random.
Class - Melee, Instant
Cooldown - 3 Turns.
Effect - This skill ignores invulnerability. Target enemy takes 10 piercing damage and takes 10 poison damage each turn for 3 turns. Healing on the target is decreased by 5 during this time.
