i disagree
there are a lot of characters in the santi region that has only 1 category of damaging skills
and there are lots of characters in the hanto region that has more then one category of damaging skills

You know comparing Takeko to Ayama isn't really fair, since they're used for entirely different team types.
Takeko's made to protect allies and support melee characters.
Ayama is made to made to be used with drainers/cost increases to slow your enemy to a crawl.
Just because they share a skill that gives them extra hit points doesn't mean they have anything in common beyond that. (I think Ayama's protector is kinda weak, but that's another thing.)
