I suggest theres a ladder button in the first page like quick battle and private battle does. Sometimes its annoying to have to go to the first region to ladder

This has been suggested before IIRC.
It will be implemented probably with the 3rd region or so. xD

There are 2 arenas, and adding 2 more buttons to the game main menu wouldn't fit. Also I think it's kind of better to actually have a place on the map where you ladder. =o

I don't mind really

I mean it would be bothersome if i was going to in-game one ladder match

But you don't, you ladder a few times each go, so it's no real bother
