There's enough money in the game to buy everything you know. There wouldn't be an achievement for unlocking them all if it wasn't possible.

As above have said, there is the exact amount of gold you need to buy all items. I would buy the most useful items or the cheapest ones so you have a bigger variety to swap with.

But if you are not in the Kozan Village, you should not lose all your money because if you don't have money for an item which you need for an item for example to beat a boss, you can loose time because you can't win.

I finished all the missions and i got 900 gold right now. Should i spend it to buy all items or save it?

The missions are designed so you can buy all the items with no extra gold.
So yes, you should buy all the items
