Decent teams. Though I feel that switching Katana to Yuudai and Med pack to Jun is best way to go. Every time I've gone for full Niiro wins Jun has only ever gotten to atk once. So giving katana to Yuudai has proven to lessen that damage onto Jun a little bit and I get to use him a little more. Also I'd like to say that Niiro should be categorized as hard and Aoiro as easy. I did Aoiro very easily.

Well supposing he's not active any more I decided to share my strategies for the Seishin Kemuri and Budou.
Seishin (Medium):
Ryu(PoI),Kame(PoS),Tori(SB)
Tips: Ryu is a priority here.Keep his night fire active for as long as possible and protect him with tori's sb and kame's stun when needed.Keeping Ryu invulnerable during night fire can be a great benefit.You may want to swap Kame's pipe for metsubishi or sleeping powder depending on the enemy team.If you lose Ryu charge Tori's Spirit Suzaku as fast as you can because she'll be the only way to win against teams who have a lot of protectors.If the enemy doesn't kill Ryu first it is almost certain that you'll win as long as you prepare him fast enough.
Budou (Medium):
Nobuo(SB),Daiki(PoS),Ken(Banner of resistance)
Tips:Ken is a priority here.Activate Nobuo's Meditation as soon as possible because the team is really clashy.Protect Ken and Nobuo with Daiki's wall when possible and keep Ken's Ultimate Budou active all the time.Do not attack with Ken without activating ultimate budou first!Only if the enemy has really low health only then u may hit without activating ultimate budou.You may swap Ken's banner if the enemy doesn't have any stunners and if he does,swap Nobuo's smoke bomb for sth like metsubishi or idk whatever you may need to win easier.Activate Nobuo's Meditation when possible.Avoid going into Defensive stance when your teammates are alive.
Kemuri(Easy):
Sainan(FB),Saigai(SB),Arasoi(Shogi)
Tips:Saigai is a priority here.You may start with Sainan,Amaya,Arasoi and before the battle starts swap in Saigai to prevent the enemy from swaping cleansing water.Use Gas leak at least twice before using Ignition.If possible activete Arasoi's Smokescreen before using his Master Thief.Use Sainan's steal on an enemy with cleansing water or any other valuable to the enemy item.You may swap Saigai's SB for anything else you may consider useful.
Seishin (Medium):
