i think this item should be renamed by Armor of shogunate with same effect and it can be equiped just by starting chars

I don't agree but i like your first idea that the starter characters have a special item like the others have the Village Item.

I completely disagree with this. It is called guard of the war bringer because of Kozan Ishouho. He brang war upon region 2 and was his personal armor. He had nothing to do with the shogunate.

Also only adding it to the starter characters would be a major major nerf. Almost rendering it useless. And this is probably only used when vsing full meele team.

i know i just think that in the end of the game it will be god to unlock some item that can use just starting chars

it can be done like kozan isshou stole legendary item of shogunate or like this i dont know i lend it to the admins

Yeah it would be good if there are some starting characters only item but that should not be the guard. Although there are usually two users of the armor - Yuki and Jomon

It is not good to change the whole story because you want to change one item.
