Well i wasn't sure if this is the place to put this idea but here i go, i heard that there were going to be tournaments in the game, well i think that should be clan (game clans, not player clans) tournaments, like for example kusa, senboku and niiro, and you can use chars of those clans.

I hope you like the idea and sorry about my english.

:)

If a tournament is organized on the forum then you can make all the rules. You can decide the character rules too. But most won't like this because making a big team restriction like this could be boring and some clans might be better vs another and weak vs some. Your pretty much deciding the teams and leaving no area for a players own strategy.

Also about the right section... There is and ideas and suggestions section :amused

Something similar to but better than this was suggested before. A lot of people thought the idea was good. The idea was to have a place where you enter into one of the ninja clans and play battles with at least one of those characters. There would be a daimyo for each village and they could make alliances with other villages so that both villages could use the characters from the other villages. I don't know if you remember that Tsu, but you always keep a sharp eye on the Ideas and Suggestions section, so...

Of course I remember it, this right? But what is suggested here is tournaments with a full Niiro team vs a full Aoiro team. The other suggestion is completely different.

Yeah, I see how they're different, but it's good for this guy to see that suggestion so it can help him develop his own ideas about tournaments. Very rigid teams aren't very good, but when you can have some flexibility by allying with other villages it can become a lot better. This suggestion is not the best, but it is the foundation for the other suggestion. I don't really know where I'm going with this, so I'll just shut up.

Thx, what i meant was, like the example if the clans in the torney are the semboku, the niiro and the kusa you can use multiple combinations of the chars in those clans, of course it's very restricted but i think it could work

So go here and host a tournament. Just do something like this.

Players

1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.

Rules

1. Matches are sudden death and the final is best 2/3
2. Each round there will be 3 clans posted and 9 items. Teams MUST be made with a combination of these characters and items.
