
Note: All clan names used were thought of by be and if the clan actually does exist then this shows no real relationship between it and Geki Chronos, as they are only examples

So yeah I had an idea for the clans, a clan diplomacy system
There have always been alliances, enemies, and wars as long as the arena games existed, but no actual on site system for it. Of course it would require much time by the admins but everything besides achievements have been thought out and designed so just their coding magic is needed and would be a very cool update. I haven't thought about any achievements but of course they can be worked into this.You may comment, suggest additional things or changes, and ask any question that you have about this. I tried to include much of its workings but some things might have been missed or are not understood by all.
There are 6 parts. Clan Negotiation, Trusted Allies, Hostile Relations, Current Wars, Wars Won, and Wars Lost.

Clan Negotiation
-A clan can Negotiate with up to 5 clans at once.
-Both clans don't need to negotiate at the same time.
-During a single negotiation, the battle penalty is reduced by half.
-During a double negotiation, the battle penalty is removed.
-During a single negotiation, trust loss is reduced by half.
-During a double negotiation, trust loss is removed.
-During a single negotiation, trust is increased by 20 per day.
-During a double negotiation, trust is increased by 50 per day.
-Once trust reaches 500, the 2 clans become Trusted Allies.
-When trust is above 0 and below 500, the clans can do a neutral agreement to removed all relations.
-A clan can negotiate with any current trusted clan anytime, but negotiations with a neutral clan requires a confirmation by a leader of both clans.
Battle Penalty: When trust is started there are penalties. When members battle who are from trusted clans, trust is reduced by 2.(Could be changed)
Trust Loss: Trust is reduced by 10 everyday.(Could be changed)
Single Negotiation: When one clan is negotiating with another, but that clan isn't negotiating back.
Double Negotiation: When 2 clans are negotiating at the same time.

Trusted Allies
Pretty simple for this one. These are your trusted allies. A newly trusted clan will only become allies at 500 trust, but will remain as allies unless the alliance is annulled or the trust reaches 0. An annulment can be done by each clan at any time and requires no confirmation by the other clan. An annulment will result in -500 trust and the clans will become enemies.

Hostile Relations
Exactly what it says. When trust between clan gos below 1 then the trust automatically is reduced to -250 and the clans become enemies. Once any war ends the trust between the 2 clans is reduced by the amount of wins that won the war. If no trust is started when clans start a war then they instantly become enemies. To regain trust, the clans must negotiate until they are allies again or confirm a neutral agreement once above 0. If no negotiations take place then the battle penalty and trust loss will further reduce it.

Current Wars
These are all current wars. You can war with up to 3 clans at once. It is not a 4 way war, but individual wars with each of them. A declaration of war is sent from a leader to another clans leader, they can accept or deny. On the war declaration is the set amount of wins needed, anywhere from 50-1000. A war is won when one clan reaches the set wins. War wins and losses count when a member of a clan (trial-leader) battles any of the warring clans members (trial-leader) in any type of battle.
A war limit of 1-4 weeks must be set.
Issues: A clan is ahead by 5 wins and doesn't battle so they will win when time runs out.
Fix: During a war if one clan doesn't play at least 75% of the other clans total wins(outside pb) in the past 24 hours, then the clan gets a loss every hour for each of its members until their activity is brought up.
In more detail
Clan A has won 200 battles (not pb) in the past 24 hours. Clan B must battle at least 150 times (not pb) or the low activity penalty will start.
More issues might come up, but I will try to solve them.

Wars Won
This shows all the clans you have beaten in a war, when the war ended, and the end ratio of the war.

Wars Lost
This shows all the clans that have defeated you in a war, when the war ended, and the end ratio of the war.

Finally done!
It is not NEEDED just like all suggestions aren't so don't say that please. This would require much of the admins time but like I said at the top, this system as been done and controlled by the clan members themselves so things like this have always been an interest to most clans.
