Flashing speed should replace his invulerable skill or his item... it'd be easier to implement, and keep the balance...mostly.

Well it says in Battle Stance that when Demon Stance is active Flashing Speed can be used if the character doesn't have an equipped item

He? Change the name, I am certain that Yuri means lily and is a female name.

Does he have any story or background information? What does he look like? Hes really fast in all but "The Flash" belongs to Yondaime/Minato from Naruto, new nickname is needed, or really one isn't needed at all. Also his description says he can wield one sword for more power but this doesn't happen in his skills.


Battle Stance

Description is too long. I think the max length for a skill is 300-335 characters and that has 493. I reworded it below to 231 characters.

"1st use Yuri will enter stance one and his skill cooldowns are lowered by 1 turn. 2nd use Yuri will enter stance 2 and he will gain 25% damage reduction. 3rd use Yuri will enter stance 3 and his skills will deal an 20% more damage."

The skill is ok but you say all skills will do 20% more damage but this only happens with sword slash. Also the gain is limited and the turns for it are costly so no energy will be good. Also in first stance cooldowns are lowered by 1 but no skills have a cooldown.

Kinda strong... Needs 1 turn cooldown or needs to be nerfed to 25 damage.


Tornado Flash

Kinda good attack, needs 3 turn cooldown though.


Flashing Speed

This skill is a no-no. Characters have 3 normal skills, 1 invulnerability skill, and 1 item slot. You say it can only be used when no item is equipped but you can't enter a battle without 3 characters and 3 items. Maybe this could be a clan item for when you decide to make 2 more characters for this? As it is though its pointless. 3 turns for stance prep, then 1 turn for ignore invuln prep, for total of 1 Agility and 4 Random is very under power.

You also have to put the cost, cooldowns and classes of the skills and his health, or we can't say if he is balanced or not.

Yuri Fugaku nicknamed The Flash by his master due to his fast skills and his advanced speed was trained in the ways of the Fugaku clan who mix high speed and sword mastery.He can duel-wield 2 swords or use only 1 but stronger sword.Yuri was born to a poor family.When he was 15 his parents were killed when bandits robbed his house.His parents tried to save their kids and they succeeded.Yuri and his little sister ran away but his parents were killed by the bandits.At a young age Yuri was a fast learning ninja with the will to never give up.He started training sword mastery from his father when he was 16 years old from his master Shingo Fugaku (an old but expert ninja) who took him and his sister when they had nowhere to go.After 4 years of intensive training Yuri finally developed his use of swords to a high level and an incredible speed at such a young age.Now Yuri at 23 years old trains everyday with his little sister Hotaru Fugaku hoping to one day avenge his parents by killing the bandits who killed them.

The Fugaku clan is an old samurai clan.From early times their ancestors trained in the ways of the sword.Combined with their high speed they are dangerous foes in battle.Beside these powers the Fugaku have another weapon in their arsenal "Mist Bombs".These bombs are made only by the Fugaku clan with a secret recipe.When used they let out a special mist with a minty scent the one who uses them can either hide from and enemy or attack while the opponent is blinded.The bombs however can only be used by members of the Fugaku clan because only they can see in the mist with an unknown power which the Fugaku still haven't figured out.
