Fanning the flames and Isolating flames dont do what there descriptions say they do. They stun all the enemys skills and make them inv. to all akills. if the char ignores stun effects they can also use friendly skills on the affected person

Becming invulerable is not a sun effect uness the skills ID classifies the entire skll to be a stun.

Is this how the skil soposd t wrk
well, if it happens that way, then you are certainly right - the stun may be ignored, but ignoring the stun doesnt mean the invul is ignored

Ah, so if they are stunned + ignore all skills and sake is used, the sake doesn't just remove the stun but also allows skills on that target?

Youko stuns one enemy for 2 turns. During this time, Youko is stunned and Youko and the enemy target are invulnerable to enemy and teammate skills.

Hikaru affects one enemy with a Burning affliction, stunning the target for 2 turns. During this time the target is invulnerable to enemy and teammate skills and 5 affliction damage is dealt to the target each turn.

During this time

The ignore effect is only active during the time that the stun is active. If the stun is ignored, then the other part of the skill is canceled. I think that's how it gos.

Because you avoided the stun doesn't mean the skill wouldn't work.
You Ignored the stun but the effect is still in play.
