2)Is matchup system set so you cant find same opponent twice in a row or twice in short time?Cause in n-a/s-a even with more players i found lots of times fighting same guys from previous battle's but here i never fight a same guy in 5-10 battles

1)How come i never fight a guy whos laddering/streaking?Is it cause thats rare or new matchup system isn't in effect for me ?:O

1. Its rarer to battle ladder opponents because there are many more in quick and mission battles.
2. There is a swap win safeguard system set. You can't battle the same person from the past 5 battles.

Looks like Tsu said it all... 
But yeah, u can't play against same person in short period of time and people do more quick and mission matches than ladder games, so it is harder to face some1 who is laddering
