The only times I used shurikens back in beta was with Asami for a heavier AoE damage. I think they're still fine.. 30 total piercing damage for 1 energy.. not a bad deal IMO.
I also thought darts were.. well not useless, but just too expensive (1 energy for infinite 5 damage over time was kinda too much, even with 0 cd, I'd rather spend that energy on something else). These new ones are perfect.

I rarely use these items,but i guess the boost on them was needed.Anyway,the poisonous darts are now quite efficient and many are using them....which means that the boost did it's job.

I've rarely used it because of my strategies, but I guess they are good depending the team...

I don't really use these items,but Throw Shurikens is very good in AOE teams and with Asami now and Poisonous Darts are balanced,yes they are expensive,but it's a really good item in 1 vs 1 especially with Ikuchi^^
