Not sure if this is to be considered a bug due to wording and technicalities; however...
Scenario:
All enemies were afflicted by Strength of the Tiger King. All enemies ignore healing effects. Megami has Blood Diamond activated (from before) and uses her melee attack.
Megami's attack is altered and drains health. She is then healed for the damage she afflicted, despite Strength of the Tiger King.

Question:
Does draining health count as a heal effect? or does it ignore skills such as Strength of the Tiger King?

Health steals do not count as healing.

Healing is that some1 heals u, not that some1 stoles hlt for you :)
So if u have Strength of the Tiger King activated, u can still gain hlt by stoling it :P

No Glitch.
Draining is not the same like Healing.
