I think we should get some item by completing region. There are few characters what can give it to us: Yuurin from Hermit Shop, and guy from Haruto Shop. Yeah I know, You are getting item from region by killing boss, but it's boss item. Items by completing regions can buff somebody, not kill. Oh, I forgot. There will be side missions too. So, You will get these items by completing normal and side missions.
For example:
Potion Of The Hanto:
User, who drinks this potion has got more health points. His max health is increasing by 20. When limit is increased, user is healing himself by 25 health points. This potion has got starting cooldown of 2 turns.
Energy - 1 random
Cooldown - Infinite
Class list - tactic, instant

Informations about this potion: Hmm... I think it's very useful. For example, Tadashi has got 45 health points. His health points limit is 90. He uses that potion. He heals himself by 25 health points, and now he has got 70. His health points limit increases to 110. If he has got somebody with medical pack, or some collaboration character, he can be healed to 110 health points. I think it's original idea.

the bosses are the last ppl you fight in a regin an we get items when we beat them. so theres our items :)

I know, and i thought like you. But do you remember new update with side missions? :D After killing boss, you can do side missions. After side missions you will get item.

no need of side missions... we just completed the maps why should we have some side missions... but the item is ok... you just need to rephrase your word on the last paragraph sixth or seventh sentence cant understand it... item rating

item itself is pretty good but really hard to code.max health icrease in the middle of game?oh i see so many bugs with it.or abuse it with kurai and he is a monster.

Plus it's kind of OP. I mean, many characters could just obliterate if they had that. Health is set at what it is for a reason: balance. If you increase it or decrease it during battle, it throws off the balance of the game.

As for the idea itself, we get all the clan items by completing missions, as well as the items from the bosses. Basically, you would end up getting two items at the end of the story for each region, because you would get the boss item and the item for completing the region. I don't think it's a good idea.

So... what is better? 60 health points from large potion, or maybe 25 hp + 15 hp? I think it's not OP. And I said: You can use it after 2 turns. That's why it's balanced :) And about coding... if this game has got good team, they will make this.
