i dont know if its op or just a chacra whore, but mabe its a mix of both.

but its actualy somewhat balanced. the cd for the first skill could be 2 or 3

nin shuriken needs 1 more cd

the ultamin\te power balanced\s the chare because of its crazy ass costs and cd

anyway 10/10 woo
