Its good. Some text might make it a bit better though and I don't like that black line at the bottom.

k ill surrender from now on and there is text but its hidden. look to the left of the sig. i blended it in to make up for my lack of text skills

Also I bring my rate down to 7/10. I just noticed that the bg is 2 parts that are the same. Theres a top part and bottom part which is just 1 thing duplicated. You can see mostly on left side where the top and bottom half's are the same, and you can see the line through the middle where they were separated.

Either duplicated or same brush was used. Anyway the dark line through the middle doesn't look good.7/10 and it is pretty good.

I don't like them. Somehow too plain. Also I pretty sure you are not supposed to lose XP to members who are on trial but in the same clan.

Really plain and dark 7 or 6 ish and their is text just almost the same color as bg

Allanate, i liked the last sig better, it had better depth, try to use blur-sharpen tools more for now, the text is fine just keep it near the render next time.

weird I think the image was edited. That text wasn't there last time. I can easily see it now 
The text isn't visible enough though.
