Lately I've seen a lot of people making 'I need a team' topics in this section. The Guides section is NOT for those kinds of topics. They should be posted here, in Tactical Discussion. Same goes for 'Rate my team' topics. A staff member has the right to lock or delete a topic not placed in its correct section.
