Umm i was on the last step about to use blind spot but he attacked me i still killed him but not with full health :P

Well it takes more steps or precautions to fully do the 100% health. but I don't think it's actually suggested seeing as I find it hard to have full health against Hahen.

Use the guides in the forum. I find the full health guide was very helpful, although more often than not i didnt win with full health, but still won.
