On Jyouzu's Bloodletter's Stab does not let you target the same person with it. In the skill description, however, it doesn't state you cannot stack the skill or affect the person with the effect again.

So, this is either a glitch, by not letting us stack the attack, or an typo by not including "Does not stack".

It's always been that way. It shouldn't be able to stack, that would make him overpowered.
Made my avatar myself. :D
My story work. Come take a look!
And yes, I'm male. I just like Terra Branford a lot.

Not a glitch. Not a typo either. Just something that isn't written because it is pretty obvious...

Some skills can be used again on the same character after having such effect. Jyouzou's prep skill can be used on the same character. So because it doesnt state that it can be used on the same character, it can't be used. But surely, that prep skill can be used on the same enemy.

It's been like that way for a while now.
It's one of those things where you want to say "Fix it!"
but really there's no point
The skill still works like it's supposed to

I read a mod saying that by default, any skill stacks. If it stacks, there will be in the description: This skill stacks.

Check to game manual for Skill Terminology.

By default, a skill cannot be applied to the same target again while it is still active on that target.

This skill stacks:
The skill can be effectively applied to the same target multiple times.

Example: Hinode deals 5 affliction damage to all enemies. This skill stacks.

This skill renews:
The skill can be applied to the same target again, but its effects will not stack. Instead, the skill's effects and their durations will be renewed.

Example: Grants Amaya a protector of 35 hit points. This skill renews.

This skill toggles:
The skill can be activated and deactivated by using the skill again. This way the skill can be turned on and off.

Example: Affects Kuro with Last Sunset infinitely. During this time, melee and ranged damage dealt to Kuro is reduced by 10 and 10 affliction damage is dealt to Kuro each turn. This skill toggles.
