Well it's a nice rework but it will make him OP reflect + no CD it's Overpowered, but i personaly think the current Hai is balanced.

Dislike all of them, sry. He is very good how he is: a good counter for spiker teams and a good counter to affliction teams (due to the injection). U'd make him not be these good counters and Op.
