I'm making this review due to many ppl who are suggesting reworks on him, what I rly think unecessary. Also, I didn't unlock him yet, but I fought him many times and I'm not that inexperient to don't be able of doing such a reciew.

Kozan Hai is in my opinion a good character. He has 110 health, what's a good amount, and is a (true) Collaboration character (Col. chars are few at WoN). His Crystal Shiled and Crystal Touch are good skills and bring WoN a brand new (and very good) skill kind (the damage limit). His Crystal Injection is a very good skill against allifiton character, since it heals for 3 turns and remove Poison afflicitons. To make this short, he's a good character both to fight spiker (remember this is not damage reduction, so Piercing damage is limited by it too) and affliciton teams (most of the affliciton teams will have at least one Poison affliciotn dealer). Also, the more you use his skills, the more damage you will deal. At least 10 damage AoE for an Intelligence is a good damage (since Hai's protections cost randoms and have no cooldown he can charge very fast).

So, this is to say that you just have to know how to use him, instead of just being suggesting reworks. Sure, it's just my opinion, it doesn't mean I'm tottaly right. If you disagree, just discuss it on this topic saying your opinion.

That's not damage reduction, that's damage limit. Piercing damage bypasses damage reduction.

Eh sorry but piercing damage is not limited!Even tho i think it should be its not,thats why Jyuozu got nerf in first place from wakazashi to be not piercing.

So Jun/Sasori piercing attacks go through limiters atm

He's not really up, but I think the limit on his limiters should be lowered by 5 or else make the skill invisible

Cause rightnow your Opp can just not attack the person who's limited with more than one of their chars
