Topic: Question about Mental Book and Tactic Shogi

So the descriptions say that the cost of mental/tactic skills are set to 0. But if Yume or Kao use their cost-increasing skills on a character that used the book/shogi, will the mental/tactic skills still be a no cost, or would it increase? ♪

Do it in Order. :3
If you use The Book- Your mental skills will cost No Energy next turn.
If before your next turn your opponent uses an energy increasing skill- On your next turn your Mental skill would cost what they increased.
If you use The Book- Your mental skills will cost No Energy next turn.

They would cost that one energy that Kao and Yume increased it to.

since it sets the base cost to 0 then anything that increases the cost will still apply because they are not part of the base cost

it works like this it say it puts mental skills to no cost so evn if they do increase your energy it would removed because of the book of mentally
