Nice skills, shouldn't it be ''health points'' instead of ''healthpoints'' in Life Giver tho? Anyways, considering he doesn't have a invul skill, hes balanced imo :O Will have to see when I battle him.

It has no cooldown because it's a passive skill.

He doesn't seem strong to me at all...am I missing something? He's probably only going to be able to do 15 a turn for the cost of two random if he's going up against anyone who can stun, his chakra stealing skill should really never be used because invul can cancel it out...

what's he strong for?
