Kozan Hahen has been 60% since his release, mostly because of his leeching skill. The staff has done some tests by trying to effectively counter Hahen teams with for example ShiShi Toraji and a pipe.
This seem to be extremely effective as full affliction teams can't break Toraji's summon.
However, we still end up loosing games because you can get energy locked once Hahen is using Draining Sickle on all targets.
We decided Draining Sickle will now be called "Leeching Sickle" and can no longer be used while being active.

They didn't say that. They only changed the name. Not necessarily the effect itself, which is why I asked that question, to clear up the vagueness. xD
