I'd say there's probably a few hundred people in each clan. The Kozan have enough people in their clan to fight a battle on three different fronts, so they actually probably have a lot more people than the other clans. I mean, look at the size of their village! Compared to all the other villages it's enormous. It's like the New York of the Santi region.

well overall its kozan coz of isshou that can be invul to melee skills which is contradicting the skills of Toge and jikkouso before kill all enemies within 9 turns

Yup; Kozan are the strongest in the second region, although in the first region, I would say the Niiro are the strongest. Also the Kage, a mercenary clan deserves to be feared.

If you look at it, the Honoo held off a strategically larger village on their own for 15 years, that's prett strong

And the Kage, well their Daimyo managed to successfully lay siege to Toge's fortress, on his own

I didn't read through the story much. It was just an assumption based on the ingame skills of the characters.

There isn't just 3 people in a clan 0.o......All the rest are obviously just NPC'S...

The number of playable characters means very little. I mean, there's only 2 Shishi characters, but they're still both fair powerful in the story. The Kozan only has so many because, as has been said before, they are several times larger than any other village released so far, that's kind of their thing.

Honestly, I'm not sure which clan is the strongest, there's valid points for why everyone except the Kusa, Shishi and Aoiro could be counted among the strongest clans, so I'll just say it's not them.

well, some would most likely not fall in the range of strongest(like the kusa or the shishi or so), just as they are not such war-mongers...

but if I think about it, maybe the Honoo:

First off, they held out for a considerable long time against the constant attack of the Kozan, even though they were much smaller in number
and additionally, the high priestress of the firehawk seems to be incredibly strong, able to burn down waves of enemies(got that information from the FAQ)
