1. Make ballance section readonly for players who not in TOP1000(or TOP300)of ladder (current or within last 3 weeks)
2.Topics on forum - it just a words,better look at charachters(teams) and items used by best ladder players.Or winners of tourneys. If some heroes(or items or combos ) not used(not wins) it need some bust, if freqency used - need nerf .
Also to got good ballance it need hundred of fixes and years of tryings/sonot afraid to change something.For example starcraft1 fixed for 14 years and far from ideal, and there are not so many combinations of units as in WoN.
