In some cultures, males are dominant over females. This is because back in time, women were supposed to give birth to childern, cook and clean the household. Men, on the other hand, were working for the family. Women were not educated and had to stay at home.

Over the course of time, women have become an equivalent to men. Same rights, same power. In our society (Germany), we have a ruling female. However, at times women are still being treated as they were back in the time. Such as their opinions not being heard, or just put "into their place" which is supposibly to stay at home.

In my opinion, females can work as hard as men can; even the jobs that have physical work in them. Do you believe that women are still supposed to stay at home and take care of their children, or actually go out and work to feed their family and take action in society?

There are certain things only women can do, and there are certain things only men can do.

Enough of this equality bullshit. Men are better than women in certain things, women are better than men in certain things.

There are things women should stick to and stay out of, and there are things men should stick to and stay out of.

Oh, and by the way, men will always be physically superior to women. It's not a matter of being sexist, it's a matter of anatomy and biology.

But if I am honest, I must say that now girls/women will be prefered.

Men and women are equal in society, but they're not identical. Each have their own responsibilities and capabilities.

I think that we should all have equality of opportunity. women can do whatever they want. Physically, men will always be stronger, and women always more flexible. That's just simple biology. However, women should not be confined to the home unless they want to be.

And yes Marcel, now women have the choice if they want to stay at home or go to work, but in some countries women are required to stay at home without any education.

Of course I understand it. But that doesn't mean that some women can't do the exact same physical work as the men can. Yes, the women might struggle but they can still do the same job. At least in my eyes that is. Doesn't really matter how strong you are, if you can fulfill the job it's fine.

I'm for equal opportunity. It is not correct to say that women and men are equal, physical and mental states differ. However, although males have a tendency to be better enabled in some suits, a female can can have that uncommon strength in one of those areas. That being said, that female should have that opportunity.

There is a difference in considering states of physical/mental difference and gender difference. If two people work in the labor force and one happens to do less than the other and the one doing less is female then her pay should be cut. NOT for being female but because of the slack in work.

Should all women stay at home and take care of the family? It depends on the woman and her spouse.

Exactly. Not every man will be stronger than every woman, but if you ranked all men and woman in terms of strength, then compared the same ranks of each list, the man would be stronger just about every time. It's a fact. It's not debatable. Similarly,if you ranked both sexes on flexibility and compared them, the women would win.
