This is more of a looking at his artwork kind of quiestion. So I was looking closely at him while waiting for my opponent to swap, and I noticed the blue "Rope" looking thing has a face to it. Is that actually a snake?

Genbu is depicted either having snake for a tail, or as having a snake coil around it. So it fits the motif.
