Steel Wire
This item deals 10 affliction damage to one enemy and stuns his melee and ranged skills for one turn. All skills used on this character next turn ignores 10 hit points of enemy's defence.
Energy - Strength + Random
Costs - 120 gold
Cooldown - 2 turns

Warbanner of Duration
When a team member performs a stunning skill, stun effect will be increased by one turn. Stun can be increased by 1 turn on only one enemy. (If somebody want to stun 3 or 2 enemies, duration of the stun will be increased on randomly chosen enemy)
Energy - No costs(passive)
Costs - 210 gold
Cooldown - infinite

Stabbing Arrow
Multi Shot, Precision Shot, Crossbow Shot and True Shot deals piercing damage and damage of these skills are increased by 15. These skills costs one more random energy and cooldown of these skills is increased by one turn. (For example: Precision shot deals 40 piercing damage, costs 1 agility + 1 random, and this skill has got 1 turn of cooldown)
Energy - no costs(passive)
Costs - 190 gold
Cooldown - Infinite

Oak Bow
The holder deals 20 ranged damage to one enemy.
Energy - 1 agility
Costs - 135 gold
Cooldown - 1 turn

There are too many "......-arrows" suggestions floating around atm, so I won't rate the third:

Steel Wire: I don't really get the last part, but as far as I can see it temporarily ignores 10 points of a protector? If so, just make it permanent, other wise it's a little up

WoD: Op, Asami get's a two turn stun for one random, and one cooldown? any similar stun = perma stun team

Oak Bow: Make it deal 25 if your going to give it a cooldown
